Johnny, Senor Grommet, Tsiangkun all have this title. Why the new title?

If you're referring to changing the thing under your name in general, it changes with the number of posts you have. If you look under memberlist and sort by posts you can figure out the tiers.

The special ones some people have usually come about during those blissful times when a mod is feeling generous and offers to let people have whatever title they want-- I think Brad just did that from late December to January 1st, in fact.
