Footbag dicitonary prease?

Post by Bagira »

Actually, I've been seeing 2 words recently that I am unsure of.

Strongside and flipside.

Yes, I did search the forum and a general all-purpose search-engine search.

Strongside and flipside refere to the side of the body that is either best or worse at hitting a particular trick.

If I'm better at hitting atw with my left foot, then my right would be my flipside, as my left is my strongside.

Just because your left foot is strongside for hitting atw, dosn't mean it will be strongside for hitting other tricks, thus your flipside can change depending on the trick.

Here is a link to two sites (in case you come up to more words): HooD's house and flipsider, helpful stuff, give credit to them!
