You held a hit for 15 minutes?
Yes you will notice i did it at the end of the session. I see it as comparable to swimming, like swimming as many laps under water with out taking a breath.

Nic Nice work. And don't worry i dont live in brisbane either. I am what is known as a squatter.

had a session last night. went for 1 hour

Did my routine and sick 3. My routine had 3 drops, and footed my sick 3 3 times :?

Drilled for about 30 mins Highlight was 12 consecutive osis which is a new record for me.

THen i shredded for a bit. My run length was not great which is something i am not use to and something i am going to sort out right away

At the end i hit

Flip double over down.

Which i am pretty happy with.

Peace
Anthony Hagen

Nice!!! Man I coulden't hit flip dod if you gave me a million dollars :(.

Wow, I decided last night before I got to bed, I was going to hit a 5. And as usual, that quickly changed to hitting a new 5.

So I hit ducking ps mirage, an easy way out of my challenge... but I wasn't sure if I had hit that before..

So then out of nowhere I hit Rasmus (alpine atomsmasher) out of nowhere!! I hit alpine legbeater and alpine atomic osis a few months ago, but I was waaaaaay off Rasmus.

Then for no aparent reason, I tried stepping ducking. I spent all night trying to hit stepping ducking clipper about 6 months ago and didn't hit it. So I hit stepping ducking clip pretty quick, and then I hit it 2nd try on my flip 8O.
Then, I hit alpine blurry osis!!!! WOAH! And then on my flip with like 7 tries!! WHAT!?!?!
I tried ripped warrior once and footed it, but I don't like butterfly so that was all.
Last thing before I went to bed, I tried bad side atomic ducking, I footed flip atomic ducking clip a few times but then my half hour was up and it was 12:02, bed time :)

What a night :D

Edit: I just realised, now I can duck all my sets :) but my flip spin duck and atomic duck are poor.

Props everyone! You're making me feel guilty.

I haven't played in far too long. I might have a session tonight, if I feel like it.
Otherwise, I'll be playing on Monday.
I'm gonna suck arse in Melb.

Oh well. Good thing I'm filming.

Play everyday? Lol I wish :D I've tried to before, but I get sidetracked so easily. I have prety much never soloed untill these christmas holidays, and I have stoped playing for like 2 weeks for pretty much no reason, I hate when that happens :(.

But it's all on now! Even though like Jesse, i'll probably have to wing my routine ;).

I'll really be trying to pace myself, Hagesy. I'll play on Monday night (*hidden reasons for going, but someone is going to be there*), and I'll prolly play a little on Tuesday.

I'm definately going to take it easy, and mostly film, and watch.

righto bro.

Had a session last night

Drilled for an hour
and did my routine and sick 3

I have been working out everyday and i was very fatigued last night.

but i got through it.

My spinning was off on my good side, like rushing unbalanced, yukky.

But my flip atomic is improving which is always good.

It is friday, hooray.

peace

I have been playing a bit. I have a sick 3 and a shred 30 but as of yet, no routine. Aw well.

I finally got my new lavers which I am very happy about.

I will shred today.

Adios

Hey Alex have you been playing too many computer games!!!

I haven't been able to log onto ausfootbag.org, seems like the chinese government hasn't approved australian footbag yet. I'm flying back to Melbourne tomorrow, can't wait to play some footbag again, it's been like 4 months now! Maybe i can only compete consecutive kicks, i'll be trying hard to make it to intermediate standard in the next few days.

See everyone soon.

Just 9 hours to be spent at work, tomorrow.

And DAMN if it ain't gonna be the longest 9 hours ever!

I was slightly hungover today.

My left eye has been twitching all day, and my right eye has been sore. It feels 'brused', but I can't see anything wrong with it. It only hurts to blink
