I just watched your video, and it's great! Big props for all of you, everyone is getting so much better. Bjoern's Torque > Torque was cool, Max hits awesome runs (that one with Whirl > Ripwalk and slowmotion Whirl > Blur > Dimwalk was massive). And Daryls is progressing like crazy :) Toe Blurs, and Atom b2b was really nice to see, and it's cool that you're throwing Stepping into your runs.
Keep shredding!

Where's Daryl? Haven't seen many posts from him lately.

Anyway. After having watched the more than excellent Berlin&on tour 2005 video
from Max Kerkhoff, I was so inspired to shred, especially
after Felix' section. So I put on my knee bandage, did a warmup
record of 115 kicks ( ), and see how far I could go.

I hit some pretty nice combos! I'm pretty stoked and it feels so good
to have played again, I miss footbag so much.

Stepping same Osis>Torque

Stepping Same Osis>Far Butterfly>Stepping Osis>Pdx Mirage>Dimwalk

Flip Pixie same Osis>same Legover>Pixie same Osis>same Legover>Butterfly>Infinity>Torque

another Torque>Torque

woot I can still do it.-

Hello everyone,

Berlin was fantastic.
I played four days. Never played that much footbag!! I´m out of game for the next time I think...

Thursday: Training with the berlin crew and Reni from Switzerland. Party in the evening and much beer.

Friday: Played in many good circles. Aftersession at Yves place. Dexdo crew, Frankfurt, Lise (Denmark) and Frank (France) were also there.

Saturday: What for a great footbag party. Perfect location great music so many nice people and much more beer...

Sunday: My best shred day. I hit pdx torque again, barrage (first time clean), tomahawk (first time) and some good runs I cant remember...

Berlin birthday party weekend was perfect!! Thanks to all who made it possible. Special thanks to Max Kerkhoff for the accommodation.

I think Dary tell u more the next days

Daryl I can play today! Aswer here if you want to go dow into the caver (or play elsewhere) Around 14 o'clock would be perfect cause I stilll have to learn a lot.

19. January 2006
After spending 10 hours at the university, I needed some time with my bag :) So I went to the ZHS and started warming up at my usual shred spot. In the last 2 weeks my legs felt really weak but not so yesterday. I was playing not too hard but the session was great anyways. 2 bag jugeling went really well! I even got 4 contacts on my flip :D Some pretty long bop runs. And I drilled a lot of flip Atomic wich resulted in a couple of strings that made me smille.
Legbeater > Butterfly > Pdx Mirage rpt.
Legbeater > Ripwalk > Blur rpi. yeah that combos feels soo good
Atomic Legover > Plo rpt. starting from both sides

More good news for me, I now have a internship (we have to do 2 intership terms during our studies) at a great company, and they pay quiet good so I can easily afford to go to footbag tournies this summer.
AND I won the Black / Red G-Units on E-Bay :D

A wise and humble footbag master told me his technique how to increase
the number of on- days, where you have fun and feel light, yet powerful.
Remember them, he said, and left me in great awe, i felt a new truth
dawning, no matter how simple it may sound to you.
And today was one of these days, that i should remember for darker times  ...

-a good warm up

- i linked well

- i felt in control, but i still treated the bag with all due respect

- everything worked and i will hit twirl soon

- my sets and me are friends

-i was close to see max hitting rubberman - some intense stuff .

blur>atomsmasher>datw> run on command

atomic legover bsos was easy as hell

quantum legover>atomic legover>run
- never ever tried dis link b4 !

tapping pick up>atomsmasher

asssasin>atomsmasher

15 and 19 bops

bla bla bla .

fuck these combos - its the runs really doin it for my these days ,
but i constantly fail to recall them .

yet one feature is mir aufjefallen :
before starting a run, i usually think of one certain drill or
hard combo that i want to hit midstring, or at least star a string with.
Today i was able to start out like so, but then i was still able to hit
for plos b2b towards what i considered the end of that run.
That kinda stuff feels real good, i had a lot of moments like that,
especially with stepping.

I just came back from a short session with Beatrice - this girls so goood :)
we started with the standard kickin>tiltless>bop warm up scheme,
later on we drilled stepping like monkeys and after that we went for
all kinds of whirls, and Bea convinced me once again - i really do hope
she wont be too shy to post the hotness...she hit one trick that should
motivate her brother to go out and hit it as well

Hello Munich-Crew.

Who's going to shred with us in Wolhusen (Switzerland) on March 4+5???

SWISSJAM.

Hi Flavio thanks for the inventation! But I think I won't make it since I have to start my internship on the monday after the jam.

25. January 2006
45 minutes in the cave for me. After a short warmup I drilled my stepping set both with my legs and my mind. I tried to do really clean sets > handcatch and after that I schoold Sidewalks and Stepping ss Legovers. I also worked on my flip Atomic set and did some juggeling. I played the whole session with my new, still rolly, Ilja bag. That should improve my delays.
