That sucks dude.

This is exactly why I am skeptical of new stitchers. It's not that the bags are bad, it's that when they get 10 orders in a month they close shop and leave town because they have no love for the art, and don't want to sit down and stitcher 8 hours a day to fill the orders.

Stitching is a thankless job. Everyone expects a perfect bag that makes them play like vasek for only $9.99.

It don't work like that. Stick with established and respected stitchers, and you won't get screwed over like this.

its a good thing you stitch some yourself, cameron, because with that attitude, eventually you will only be able to use your own bags (because as you say, even for the big-name stitchers, its a thankless task, and even they will hop out of it eventually, as many already have). the obvious point here, is that the respected stitchers had somebody who took a chance with THEM a long time ago

that being said, i completely respect the fact that you cant take a chance on a random stitcher who hasnt made many bags, and is trying to sell them for 30 bucks right out of the gate. i believe the best system is quietly stitching for yourself and close friends for a long time, then trading some bags to respected kickers and stitchers, and getting reviews (and input) and selling bags maybe after a year or so of stitching at least 60-80 bags.

I'm not saying don't try their bags.

I'm saying don't send hard earned cash through the mail to a new stitcher who has only made a dozen bags and might quit at anytime.

If you want bags from new stitchers, get them in person at events, and take their contact info then. Call the sticher up when you need another bag and check to see if they are still making them.

Just give up the guy tolde me that he would be sending me my bag on october 9th and nothing the guy just pretty much stopped thats what i think and he doesent even have the decinsy to fricken tell you he just lies and ignores you.............
