Which pro is most influential to you?

Anssi Sundberg, Jorden Moir and Phil Morisson have been very influencial to how I play footbag, mainly because I get to talk to them whenever I have a question about footbag.

As far as favourite styles goes...

My favourite is Vasek/ Jim P/ Felix
Followed closely by Ales/ David Clavens/ Honza Weber/ Ryan Mulroney

Jorden Moir, for his awesome videos
Peter Irish, the first time I saw him I noticed how little sound his steps made and how smooth his game was compared to everyone else at KYTS
Jon Schneider, because he inspires me to be different, and also he taught me the most.

Wow, I can echo that sentiment for pretty much the same reasons. I'm a little gray on what defines 'pro' sometimes, but so many people influence my game right now. Mostly those who are making vids lately. Ellis is a huge influence just cuz of all his move vids. The guy is DEFINITELY a BSOS beast. Jorden's a huge influence in so many ways. Pete's been a huge influence in footbag and life.

Back in highschool, that guy I saw hitting a flying clipper. It was the first 'cool' trick I ever saw.

Eric Wulff: He was my favorite to watch in videos

Definitly Sunil Janis. He has a style all of his own and is my all-time favorite. He is probably why I like pixie moves so much. Also, Peter Irish and Chad D. These guys are pioneers and are in a bunch a videos that I watched when I first started freestyling. Peter Irish also performs well to the music in his routines and I love his "using all four limbs" performances. Allan Haggett is great too. I always enjoy watching him freestyle and the trials are mindboggling!

Jorden - lots of GREAT videos and some wise words on solo sessions in his blog

Ellis-first exposure to freestyle was on Flipsider, also where i got my first bags.

Ryan Mulroney - seeing his 2001 routine from worlds is what made me play the sport.

Lynton Stephens - First really amazing player I played with and definitely the reason I have a strong toe game and strong dlos.

Ales Zelinka - Taught me a great deal about being clean and the difference between hitting a move and hitting it well. Also made me school flipside.

Dylan Fry - Changed the way I play and improved my variety incredibly.

I have lots of favourite players but I think the people mentioned are the ones that you can see in my game - I love watching Allan Haggett for example but I don't think he's actually influenced the way I play at all - apart from the allan>dylan>me connection.

Dylan - first real shredder I played with, but that was before he was pro

Well I live in Vancouver and no one play footbag around me, I just kept playing and my friends said practice stalling then after i did around the world, I just seached hacky sack online and i found out a word call "footbag" and i dont remebered who hooked me up, probably everyone in footbag festival video that I have seen.

I remembered the first 1month i couldnt even remember the name "hacky sack"

I'd say the players who have influenced me the most are Vasek and Jorden.

Vasek inspires me to execute my tricks with ease and precision.
Jorden inspires me to keep playing because I can see his absolutely INSANE progression and I think that maybe I too could progress to that level.

Also, I think it's kind of funny that we call them "pros". Many of the listed people don't play footbag as a profession.
