First shred in 2006. In the morning I was home alone for a while so I wore my Lavers and shreded a bit. I hit one really cool unCody move to the camera:

Then I've got a shred with Asia. I finally hit Dominatrix b2b to the camera!

I hit one run I'm proud with. It was 18 contacts unique Guiltless run with 8 4s at the beginning using both Clippers! You'll see that on my new vid. I was super close to beat a world record of Smudge. I hit 20 and the record is 22. I'm almost sure I'll beat it tomorrow

. I set a Polish record of Beta Smears. I hit 8. A world record is only 11. I think it's very possible to beat also that one.

Another shred with Asia. It wasn't a good training for me but I hit some new stuff and beat one of my personal records:

Pixie Reverse Eggbeater (one of the hardest moves I have ever hit!)

Maverick > Blur > Maverick (WTF? Cod and Osi?)

Blur > Maverick > Blur

Stepping ss Osis BS (both looked really bad, hehe)

Beta Smear x 10 (still to few to world record)

Today there was a really big Warsaw shred with 8 players: Cod, Gobol, Staron, Wiktor, Gosia, Medzik, Chester and Glowa. Too bad it wasn't a good training for me. I hit some new stuff, but only two or so nice long combos. I hit:

Gyro DLO (to PLO)

Ripped Warrior (WTF?! (video soon))

Smudge x 25 (new WR! (video soon))

Alone shred today. I have a cold so the training wasn't good

. I decided not to do combos. I tried some new moves and new records. I hit:

Barraging Far Legover !!!

Sailing Legover x 2

Tap x 10 on one side and x 6 on the other

Pixie ss Pickup x 9

Paste x 14

Training with Asia. I worked a lot on my Clippers today. I beat my ss Clipper record on strongside. I hit 40 in a row!

I almost beat my record of flipside ss Clipper, which is 28 for some time. I was super close to beat my Butterfly record. I hit today 20 Butterflies and the record from the time before my injury is 21

. I hit today only one new move. It's Torque. I have hit it earlier (before injury) twice on the other side. I beat my record of Paste. It's 23 now!

I also beat my record of Tap. It's 11 at the moment. The funny story is that I set this record on the side I thought it's my flipside. Now I know that Tap is one of these tricks for which I'm not abble to say which side is flip and which is strong. Last 20-30 minutes of the training I used to do some Shred 30. Actually, no tries had more than 15 seconds because I worked on the beggining of my combo. It's the hardest part of my Shred 30 because there are many Clipper tricks there.

I had a training with Asia today. It was a good shred! I worked hard on my Clippers. I beat my Osis record. It's now 8! I beat my Ripwalk record. It's now 6! I also hit 3 Terrages in a row, which is a new Polish record. I schooled a bit my Spinnings. I hit many times Spinning Osis BS. I think I can hit it BSOS. I hit two times preety unCody drill: Ripwalk > Sidewalk > rpt. I had also few nice combos but I don't remember what was that.

I mad a new vid finally! It's a sequel of "Cod i Asia" (the hit from 2005

I had another shred with my cute girlfriend

. She shredded really good today and for me this shred wasn't so good. I schooled my Clippers (I hit 11 Osi in a row) and then I practiced Shred 30. It was really frustrating

. The best one had about 150 points. Yesterday I tried to beat Polish record of Smears which is 38 at the moment and I hit... 37!

But that's not all. I tried to beat this record again today and I hit... 37!!!

Sometimes I hate footbag very much

. The only new move I hit today was Fairy ss Reverse Swirl, which is a really cool move in my opinion

I've got photos of my newest bags. The yellow-violet is a bit break in and it belongs to Asia (that was my Christmas gift, hehe). The violet-lightblue is brand new and it belongs to the one guy from Bialystok. I think, this bag is the niciest bag I've ever made. I think it will be really cool after breaking in.

Today there was a big shred. Nine men and one woman were playing footbag

. I like such big trainings. There is always a great atmosphere on them. I didn't schooled anything today, just shred with people. I had some nice runs, but not many. I hit 7 contacts of Ripwalk > Sidewalk. I don't know how did I do that

. I hit nice 555: Dominatrix > Phoenix > Spinning Ducking Osis. Duck was thin and Osis was awful

. I beat one of my personal records. I hit 16 Spinning Clippers in a row. I also hit one nice move for the second time in my life (the first was before injury). It's Blurry Whirl. I also footed another cool Clip2Clip five

. I hit some Anoxias today. I think it's the easiest six I can hit. I'll try to use it in my combos

. At the end of the shred my right knee started to hurt

. It's not good.

Training with Asia, Gosia and Wiktor.

Asia had one of the best shreds ever today! She busted nice combos. She hit some Symposium Mirages midrun (between two-adders). She hit three Guiltless links: Symposium Pixie > Butterfly, Symposium Mirage > Butterfly and Symposium Pixie > Symposium Mirage! She also hit flipside Symposium Mirage today and few minutes leter Symposium Mirage > Toe > Symposium Mirage! She beat her record of ss Clippers. She hit 3 in a row.

I had a not bad shred too. I hit some nice long runs with a good veriety. I hit two new moves. Both are fives and both are Clipper to Clipper

Shred with Wiktor, Gosia, Źrebak, Kafi and Jagiel. It was a good shred for me but too short. I hit one preety cool new move: Double Spinning Legover. I also hit one preety silly new move: Eggbeater Stallberger. I beat my Spinning Clipper record. It's now 17! I had some nice runs. One of them had 7 contacts of Rubberman at the beggining.
