Thanks Nick! Wooooo!

So, went to Seattle yesterday. That was pretty fun. I was rocking the tiltless pretty much. I don't remember everything I hit, but it was fun. Got some tips from Sam about clipper placement and such, so i'm gonna try that later on today.
Also got some new music :p thats awesome aswell, i haven't listened to all of it, but so far its pretty epic.

Uhhh sam don't forget to post the shit on here, so i can work on it.

Here you go homey (sorry about raving while you were at my place yesterday hahah, hope you enjoyed Art):

first step: 60 tiltless, at least 10 of all your basic two adds, CLEAN illusions, the drill I told you about (clipper>mirage/legover/pick-up/bubba>clipper>pdx mirage/far legover/far pick-up/pdx illusion>rpt>rpt to hit all of the different two adds on each side)

second step: 50 BOP in a row, 50x butterfly, 50x osis, 50 contacts of one touch (pdx mirage>butt>rpt), 50 contacts of butter>ss butter>rpt, 50ish contacts of butter>butter>osis>rpt... anything like that. Just think up repeating drills that iterate through all of the different surfaces you can hit BOP from on both sides so you OWN those moves.

Thanks Sam. I'll be working on those clean illusions and that fatty run for the next week or so.
And for the tiltless stuff, i'm gonna add some stuff here, so I can come here and check it out instead of trying to remember it.
Mirage>legover rptx5
illusion>pickup rptx5
mirage>same mirage rptx5
illusion>same illusion rpt x5

Thats about it. I'll record my progress every time after I kick. So expect one later or tomorrow

Woot Danny, rock on! Nice to hear that you guys are still kicking. A couple of questions though:

How's that style change coming along Sam? (put out a vid soon plz, then post the name here, cuz I never check the vid section)

Are Justin adn Ricky still kicking, or are they taking a break?

What is the next comp you plan on going to?

Hey Nick, thanks for being the only person aside from Danny and I who post here.

I saw some footy of me from SJFF that Kevin had and I don't really want to change my style anymore. Justin and I play usually two times a week, Ricky... Well, Ricky lives about 40 minutes away and doesn't always have access to a car, so playing with him is a lot more rare. There are periods he shows up and shreds us all and there are periods where he won't play for a month. And next tournament... uhh, probably the ones in the Northwest in Spring and Summer. I can't hit up CSS, buuut I think I may actually be in Portland in February. Best watch yo'self! (oh, and I hope you and the rest of Sole Purpose hit up Folklife)

Can't wait to kick it soonish!

Oh, and Justin might actually have a camera soon... So a video might not be too unrealistic. ;)

I might be able to hit up the Monatana Jam, if the posse is going. I have an interview today, and I won't be able to ASK for any days off until april if I get this job, so that works perfectly. Sam, if you need a place to stay, I've got it for you, and if you want to shred, you know my number. I've been working a lot on my 5's now that my consitancy has gone up. My goal is to make BAP if I got to Frankfurt this summer (long shot, I know, but with enough practice, I just might be able to get it by July).

Glad to hear about your style NOT being changed, I mean *I* love it, but it's not me you should be worried about. If you like your style then gratz on achieveing what took me three times to get right, your own personally loveable style :D

Sams style does rock. Its just he never thought of it as cool. Even after I said that it was intensely epic. I mean come on, I have a whole deity after me!lol

Kicked today with ryan. I got clippers down really well, butterflys are coming to be easy with the climas now.

Did that one tiltless run all the way up to halfway through the pickups, then did a legover instead. ARGH!

Worked a bit on flip atomic and flip pixie too. Tried them afew times. Its coming along well.

Montana.... I'm liking it.

Working on your 5's? Woe is me, I'm going to get shredded asunder. :) That's what I'm working on but I STILL haven't hit three fives... Starting to get a number of different 5>5's down, though, so perhaps soon. You making BAP this summer would be intense... I don't know how feasible, the competition is going to be stiff. I've got faith in you, though. I would be surprised if I ever made BAP hehe

Anyway, I doubt I'll need a place to stay. I'll try and see if I can figure out exactly when I'll be down there and clear it all today if possible... I'm trying to head down for my buddy's birthday and it just so happens to my favorite footbag club outside of my own happens to reside there, so shred is on. 8)

Danny: Keep it up, dude!! I can tell this going back to basics is going to make you off the hook. I know you'll be dope soon enough. This summer is going to be big for you. :)

Just got my tickets.

I'll be in Portland from 9:00pm on February 10th until 5:30ish on the 12th. I'll be staying with my buddy and most likely doing something for a good amount of time on the 11th... probably at night. Hopefully we can squeeze as session in earlier in the day on the 11th or 12th? I'll post this in journies to tournies and the ptown blog as well.

Shred today for about 20ish minutes.
Butterflys are comin' together on strong. But flip still needs work. Still working on the knees together part. Its working pretty well.
Worked on tiltless. Of course! Fun stuff.
Mirage>legover>rpt x8. so that would be 16 contacts... yeah thats right lol.
Then the whole tiltless string. Got all the way up to the halfway point for pickups, then dropped 8O . I'm gonna have a fun time with illusions after that :( .

I'm outtie. Gonna get some lunchage. I'll post tomorrowish aswell. After a most likely epic session

Just got back from a very fun session with Danny, MILES KELLY, and Damien. It was a blast seeing Miles who hasn't kicked in a year and a half and is probably going to start getting back into it. We shredded for three hours or so in a chilly garage, then went to Miles' and chilled in his hottub and then ate some falafel burgers. I wish every session ended this well. :)
