rolling your vehicle

ahh man yesterday i was driving home from work with a friend and we rolled his jeep...thank god that i didnt get WAY injured but i did get a little wiplash and i pulled a muscle in my back so i wont be footbagging for a week or so

Whiplash, from a wreck, can really suck. I know, it happened to me. (and much worse)

You should see a rehab specialist. or some other an expert, if you can afford. Maybe even just one session.

It might pay off in the future.

yeah im happy that i can still kick around a little although it kind of hurts my neck

other than that i feel better than when it happened, and im glad it wasn't me who was driving or it wasnt my car

One thing I have seen is that people that roll cars do It multiple times. It usually takes an idiot to roll a car and it hard to cure idiocy.
