Knee Braces

Post by Bander87 »

What are some recommended knee braces? Do certain braces help differently?

Thanks

It all depends on what you want your knee brace for. You've got knee braces with lateral supports on both sides, popliteal(behind the knee) cut outs, patellar(knee cap) cutouts which help with patellar tracking and support, different lengths and materials for breathability vs. compression. And you want what ?

I was going to put up the same topic :? I was wondering about this too. I've noticed more popping in my knees the past weeks.. What is a good parellar brace? I've went to a few stores but wanted to know what's good and bad.

I've been thinking about getting a knee brace, but I'm not sure yet. Ever since I was a little kid, I've had really hurty knees. I can't really say quite where it hurts, I suppose more to the front. Anyway, I don't know what the hell I should do. Maybe a trip to the doctor would be best?
