Yeah it is - the second time especially :P , kinda like blurry drifter.

Reile was trying to get a hold of me during the weekend cuz he wanted to kick. I was glad to talk to him today, and we were able to hook up with Kamil and all DO IT. It's weird cuz I was reminiscing on sunday that we never kick together as a club no mo.

TITS SESH. So fun. Evidence that i love kicking with my peeps, and may even need to for motivation to kick alone. I always have fun kickigng with Kamil, and I almost forgot how much fun I have kicking with Reile. If only Tim would come out.....and Zeke! and dan! and james and brian!!! ok well at least tim or zeke.

I was just thinking, we should pick out a day to visit one of the museums (or aquarium) in the morning and then have a shred in the afternoon. I mean that we actually pick a date on the calendar to do this... not me suggesting we do it then a few of us say that you agree and its a good idea but nothing more becomes of it.

We should have a bigger and better birthday jam ( food). Hopefully the weather is more cooperative this year.

Another Southside freestyle day?

Put me in charge of food :)

I had already mentioned a few of my ideas for a southside freestyle day.

my 3 ideas for the southside freestyle day:

1. a repeat of last year with the skate park with the addition of more promotion more food more people and i will a players post party at my place and i think it would be fun to have a tiltless rippin run comp.

2. Worth days, its a free carnival with tons of food a beer garden and tons of people

3. Ridgefest, this is like the one above just alot bigger, the positives would be gurnateed shred space on the floor hockey court, the downfalls would be its a charge to get in. for this im considering talking to the people about getting CIC on the bill as a sort of entertainment/show which may get us some nice perks like free entry food and even some promotion of the sport. Im gonna have to take a profesional approach if they even consider doing this, but it would be pretty cool to get to do a footbag presentation on stage in front of everybody. ridgefest also features a fireworks show at the end of the night.

whatever i work out this years will be so much better, i mean realize i pulled off last years event with about a month of planning only.

whatever we do i want an after party with maybe some indoor space for late night shred.

It all depends on the option i choose

It will be a saturday this year cause i want to have a players party

if its like last years it can be any weekend i choose

If i try to take a more serious route and hit up one of those festivals then odviously the date will be predetermined

I'm kind of torn, the Ridgefest sound really fun (spectators, fireworks :D ), but at the same time I like laid back jams were not as much needs to be set, no one is relying on us, and we can just shred, eat and party. Anyway, its always nice when either option you're torn between is pretty much guaranteed to be fun.

Had all this summer talk got me thinking

CIC CAMPING TRIP

I got a tent that can sleep 8 comfortably and we can find some spot close by and spend the whole day shreding bbqing simming fishing frisbee and then party all night at the camp fire.

Seriously lets do it

But yeah i think im gonna keep southside freestyle day the same as last year, i mean dont fix whats not broken, everybody really seemed to love it so fuck it i will keep it the same but just make it better with more planning more promotion more FUN. And im gonna try and find a freind willing to host a party on the same night cause im not really equiped for it

I will post the dates of those festivals for a shred session cause it would still be cool just wont plan a big event out of it.

While I was home I found out that my friend John from high school played with some of you guys once within the last year or two.
