have you ever get bored watching TV, or while sitting in class and start a sitting shred. I started just passing the bag toe to toe while in stats class. I can hit atw now

, alittle curious if anyone else started doing this too lol.

Sometimes if the teacher isn't looking, while sitting I just do toe stalls back and forth, left, right, left right, etc.

My friend and I tinkered with sitting shred for about 15 minutes, and he ended up hitting legovers, mirages, and butterflys. Double dexing would be ridiculously hard though.

sitting down footbag is a sport in itself! i can do pixies back and forth, a mirage, i even did a butterfly on video *cough*

We've had some epic assbag sessions matt. i think the coolest trick i hit was cross body sole stall. i footed atomic legover a bunch of times too

Symp. mirages and illusions are really fun because they really aren't any harder than a normal mirage/illusion.
Has anyone done a ducking trick?

I can't do assbag, because my hips can't stand this... I always will pull on some muscle, or tendon... I can't even do toe stalls a lot when sitting...

On friday in school i was playing ass bag almost every period. I was in my last period spanish class and i finished my test early so I tried to mess around with some tricks. I hit clipper, then butterfly, and then i try to do infinity and i do the clipper, and when i go to do the op butter I accidentally kick my desk and it makes this loud screeching sound.

It was hillarious because the entire classroom was silent and then i juss kick the desk and look like a moron as i proceed to pick upp my bag.
