Maybe you've just gotta blow off steam-which is alright. But I'm going to address this anyway. To be honest, I didn't quite understand what message you were trying to convey. IMHO, I don't think this shit is fly because they are literally beating the animal to death. It's pretty cruel and unnecesary. I suppose that while they must be doing this to avoid getting blood upon the pelts-there should be a much better fashion to do this. It just sickens me that someone could consciously cause something so much pain. I'm not a sensitive individual-and I offend people often because of it-but this is flat out cruel because of the needless pain it is causing them.

That's a pretty sexist comment...
How is that sexist? I don't think it's ok to hit women for several reasons.
I think he means it's sexist cuz hitting a woman is seen as lower than hitting a man as well as possible implications that women are nearer to animals than to men.
stuff it and stop being such a bitch. first of all, i wouldnt be suprised if it was faked, and i dont care if it isnt. pain is pain and death is death, but not in the same way between man and animal. like someone else said, dont act so high and mighty unless you dont indirectly lead to the death of other organisms, especially the larger ones who apparently have more feelings than the smaller ones. if you want to make an angry response to this, PM me, you will thank me later when it saves you from looking like a hypocritical bitch in front of EVERYONE
U got issues man...
edit
You actually believe that lower-evolved organisms feel less pain? Congratulations to your biology teacher. Pain, my friend, tells us to stop doing something because it is hurting our existence. Every organism on this planet feels pain. It is a part of our survival method.
I am not going to argue with some spoiled brat who knows nothing about life (or is being abused by parents...in that case forgive me). Your words on this forum lost all the credibility for me.

I know that killing animals (and plants for that matter) is essential for human survival...but since we are SO intelligent and SO evolved as we say we are, is this way of killing really necessary?
you dickheads are so stupid. its not fucking real. because like you said, why would they kill the animals in this way? PETA has been known to use extremely questionable (borderline propaganda) means to their end. and i never said they felt less pain, but they certainly dont experience it in nearly the same way as humans do. and if its realy, like i said, you apparently give about as much of a shit as me if you still continue to support this system by eating meat, wearing leather, or use or wear anything that harms animals in its production.
another point is that similar atrocities are being done to human beings as i type. dont forget to be outraged about that as well.
and as far as being a "spoiled (possibly abused) brat?" i am, in fact, none of those.
I apologise for calling you names but I was very pissed at what you wrote.
And I still dissagree with you. How the heck can you justify doing that with the fact that similar stuff is also done to humans? So doing something is ok (or at least not so bad) if it's been done before to someone else. This is just not right.
Real or fake, this shit is happening in our world. Just check out Beagles and their lab-tests (and don't even get me into rodent situation). And I still say that the pain is equaly felt by all of us.
I doubt that's how the majority of the fur industry acts. PETA wants you to stop wearing fur, sure. But that doesn't make me see any fewer Ugg boots on the streets. The thing is, I'm sure in regulated countries, the fur industry has a standard with which it has to act. The humane ways of killing cattle quickly and easily for consumption or the euthanizing of animals before skinning. PETA will never bother to show humane acts in the industry of killing the animals. It will always show shock-factor footage where it is questionable the source. In fact, I think PETA states that killing any animal is wrong and that if killing one animal for medical research could save millions of life, they'd still not do it. That I think is warped. Especially since I highly doubt every PETA member is diabetes free. What does a diabetic PETA member do? Forego insulin treatment? Hypocrites.
