i had an intense session today.
we were playing in the sports room of the local youth centre. players were: kenny, isi, dennis, stefan, andre, micha, me
the 3 kids (kenny, ismail, dennis) are doing well! i guess, today was the first session, they really played encouraged, without any sign of boreness. they didn´t even came along and asked stupid questions! it was really a pleasure to see them playing controlled and concentrated by themselves. i gave them some advices on the basics and so they all broke some personal records.
dennis had 2 legovers in a run
isi did legover > legover and hit lots of mirages.
kenny, as always, had a bif progress. he hit illusion bsos (but i should say, he hit atomic toe stall bsos, cause he plays very hippy! shall i teach him to do the illusion more leggy????) and had a long run including ss mirage bs, legover > legover and illsuion. he also works on clipper and footed them on both sides.
it will be great fun, to take the kids next year to world championships in frankfurt and show them the awesomeness of footbag!!!!! i hope, they will enjoy it and i hope more, their parents will let them go for a week!!!
micha did a good job. even he has not the "typical" footbag body, he plays well and is training like a maniac. he has now almost any fundamental and works now on the first 3´s.
i wondered a bit about stefan. he started together with the other unna players, but was always a bit worse. but nowadays he does tricks, i cannot do! he hit spinning butterfly and has a very controlled osis. i would like to own that too.
i challenged andre to hit gyro butterfly and "of course", he did it first try. i really like to watch him shred. he is always good for some big tricks and i like to challenge him some hard ones today i was good to him and don´t told him to to whirlygig or so. he again hit an awesome trick, i cannot name: barfly ending in osis, like motion from clipper set. what is it?? i guess, in 2 weeks he hit it ducked!!! we fooled around with smp barflies, but noone got it.
i felt so lala refreshed today. i played the last two days two for two hours on each day. so i didn´t expect too much from myself. but after everyone showed up, i felt pumped and powerful. in the end i had a good session. right now i feel my legs, tomorrow i will have some small pain from lame muscles. that is good maybe i get a cramp this night...well, i don´t care.
i hit some really nice new links, like paradon > barfly, whirl > pdx whirl. managed to new sick3´s: paradon > whirl > pdx egg, blur > toe whirl > smp bubba they are not that big with many adds, but i just like em to do. they feel good and that is enough. and i hit a new 4add: ducking pdx illusion on strong side. wanna do it symposium way!!!
all in all i felt very satisfied after ending!! i really need it some times, cause often footbag is not that much fun, as it was one day. but then, i had a good session, again i wanna shred the world!

when i went downstairs to my car, i started the engine and immediately a bad smell entered my nose. it smelled like something is burning... WHAT?!, i thought. then i recognized the small smoke that flew up behind the steering wheel. "o sheeeet! hope my engine is alright and won´t burn down and perhaps explode to rip me in frazzles!! i opened up the engine room to check it, but everything seemd alright. can´t see anything in the dark. well, i started again the engine to drive home, opened the window to get out the bad smell and praised to god to let me live.
well, as you probably read right now, i am ok. god is with me. (maybe i should praise to god of footbag to give me some extra power...)
tomorrow i will check it!
i am thinking about to go to berlin in mid january! if some other dexdosen will join, the autobahn can welcome us. viktor, who is studying in krakow, poland right now, bought already a flight to berlin for a frikkin cheap price to arrive in one and a half hour... we will end up in driving by car for minimum hours.

hit some new combos, which make my game more controlled and consistant:

i worked a bit on the pixie game, too. but i am just too lazy to school em hardcore.
fooled around with fairy swirling set (thanks kaarel, he is pretty good in it!!!)

today will be a slow, relaxed sesh i guess. will school a bit and shred softly. in the evening i will try my newest boardgame: DOOM - the boardgame. bought it from ebay for 20 euros. still pretty expensive, but the price for a new game out of a shop is around 40 euros... thx ebay.

long time, since i posted the last...
well, i had a big footbag break after christmas. 26th of december was the last time i played footbag. viktor visited his family and so we organized a little shred in the subway.
it wasn´t that succesfull, cause after one hour of playing some securities ame along and told us, to go...
after the 26th, i had a long break. i hadn´t kicked a footbag for 3 weeks. my girlfriend moved her flat and so we did lots of renovation and removal.
i guess, on the 11th january i had the first sesh in the new year. three days to the footstar birthday. i hoped to get my legs refreshed, but sadly i had fucking pain in my right knee. i cancelled the next sessiosn to the friday, we were going to berlin.
that was definately the right decision. i had no problems, shredding in berlin, no knee pain anymore.
what can i say to footstar birthday...? it´s always such a good and welcoming atmosphere there. i wish, i wouldn´t have to leave. all these guys are very friendly!
i guess, this was the fifth footbag trip to berlin. i wouldn´t miss any of those! german footbag open 2002 was my first footbag tournament expression and it was such a blast. from then, this city and the people in it, i am taken with. (o_O)
well ok, here a short report about my weekend.
we all met up at dortmund main train station at 14:30 o´clock. well formerly the time should be 14:00, but everyone was lazy and slow. kaarel täll from estonia was the first i met. he was at the station since 13:45 o´clock. kaarel recognized, that not everything, that is said about germany fits. he said: "i thought, germany is proud for its accuracy!?! i am standing here for 45 minutes and noone shows up... i am baffled!" i told him, that this problem is probably just one we have, not every german is tardy!
after a few minutes of waiting, wowa from st. petersburg, now living in münster, showed up. his train had a delay for 30 minutes... again a few minutes later, the car with the three others came by. we had a ford transit with 9 seat possibilities. driving with 6 people in it was pretty comfortable! jakob mai, fab0rze and anna were the three others.
so we entered the autobahn at 14:45 o´clock and started the 5,5 hour journey. the drive was ok, not any real traffic jam. when reaching berlin, we had no problems, making our way to paul´s.
his flat is opposite to a swinger-club, called "Zwanglos III"(unconstrained III). i wonder, where all the other zwanglos´ are...?
viktor was already there. he took a flight at noon. after some hello´s and hugs and a tasty meal at an indian restaurant we made the way to yves´. lots of people were there, sitting around. franck, lise, reni, the other berlinians and the munichs. we had a chilled chat and some beer. i wanted to be not that destructed the next day, so i reserved.
the unnaguys showed up. god knows, how they made the way!!!
the next day was determined by a good, relaxed breakfast and lots of shredding in the gym. the footstars built up a parcours, yo uahve to toestall it. around some cones, under a bank and backwards in the finish. unfortunately, there was no contest. i just had a quick race with huhn aka stängsn from frankfurt and won it...
we did a most rippin run and i had some good runs this day. all in all i was satisfied, but i mostly feel like i could do it better. a hot shower crowned the day.
everyone finished and a large group went home.
we entered an italian restaurant and had some good pizza. i ordered tagliatelle with pork meat, some mushrooms in a creamy sauce. lecker!
well, i guess it was 23:00 or so, when we reached the club. too much people were standing in front of it, so we first headed to the drum n bass tower. actually it was a bunker. it really had the right atmosphere for that kind of music!
there wre already lots of footbaggers, watching shred videos. a small tv had the full attention when nearly 15 people were sitting around it and watching the moves! such a cool picture!
ach, i can´t tell too much of the party. it was very long, i guess too long. i had too much beer, tequila and weed. also ehrlich gesagt, fand ichs zum kotzen!!!
yup, paul, jones, anna, me and others i forgot (well i even can´t discovered their faces...) reachedt he home at 08:00 or 09:00 o´clock, i don´t know.
i had a very good time at the club. i felt so good, i had no look, how much i drank. this is a compliment, dear fcfootstar!!! the people in there were very nice. i guess, i´ve talked some shizzle, but who cares!
thanks to anna at this point. she convoyed me safe at home! echt nomma, danke!
the next day, i slept till 14:00 o´clock. i was in bad shape and knew, no footbag for today...
i hope next time, i will find a better mixture of partying and being able to play footbag!
no breakfast that day, but some fried noodles at an asian restaurant... we all were still drunk, when we woke up and so we had some real silly talk! we reflected the last night and had some interesting outcomes!
we drove to the gym, where some guys were playing. i bashed myself on the mat and closed the eyes for some time.
when the evening came, we went home. kaarel schooled me a bit in estonian language and so i know some words! quite a cool language, sound very familiar to finnish!
at 23:00 in the night, we reached dortmund main train station! everyone was satisfied and we all agreed, this was not the last time in berlin!
yaa. sehr sehr geil! vielen dank an alle. ihr seid echt super! i wanna thanks anyone who was there, even the ones, i really didn´t kick with or talked to! bavarians: weita so. daryl wird nochma n grossen, auf seine alten tage! und markus, wir müssn mal nächstes mal mehr zoggn!

i had two sessiosn, yesterday and today. yesterday i hit a new 5add: paradon rake!!! it really felt easy, without any difficulty. today i hit it again and so i call this trick: accomplished!

haven´t had so much shred in the past.
last wednesday was an extraordinary training. all u-u-unneraner showed up, aswell as anna and me.
we had a powerful 2 hour no-break shred! best run started with pdx flail > paradon
well, i can´t recognize what they all hit. i personally think, andre is getting stronger as nils. his flip pixie looks great and he is working on the flipside of all moves he can do! lots of spinning and highadd tricks in his runs. fun to watch, indeed.
two days later on friday i had the next kick. i wanted to play soft, but my legs didn´t allow me. i had lots of pain in the shins and my power was just not there. i guess, tomorrow will be my next session.

FINALLY I GOT MY STUDYPLACE!!!!!!!!!! from march on, i will study "social work" in bochum. bochum is near located to dortmund, i just have to drive for 10minutes with train from the main train station.
i will look up for a small flat, which i divide with one other person.

Hi Alex, I feel really happy for you! It's a good feeling when things move forward. Fortunately I never had such a break inbetween school or zivi or study, but I enjoy how I progress so I can imagine how glad you must be!

had a sesh on monday. we played a bit, in the end we had a 3 vs 3 soccer match, which andre, dennis and me lost 8:10. i was so out of breath, had pain in my stomach! soccer is so not my sport! too tiring!
today there was the regular session in the sports room of the youth centre. uuunna was there, as well as the kids, micha and me.
i´ve hitted barrage bsos (which i hope was clean...) and did tapping pickup > tapping pickup, which was a bit suprising for me, cause i never thought of that combo or did it before! whatever, it was goooood
i´ve watched "re-animator" two nights ago and felt in sleep in the half. it´s an entertaining movie, even if i have it just in english with netherland subtitles. it´s censored in germany, so it´s not that easy to catch it!
i like those kinds of movies. explicit scenes, a few gore elements and a not too serious story, which is kicking some ass.
i am looking right now on ebay for "tarantula" and "formicula", which are oldschool mutant monster films! aaaahhhhhh soooo genious!!!!!

well, i feel motivated, powerful and i´m looking optimistically in the future, even when i have some new problems (i just say gf...). but that is life, i guess!

Yesterday we had a strange session!
I met Alex at the Dietrich-Keuning-Haus (something like a youthcenter) and we wanted to play a bit.
First I didn't want to come because I was a little bit lazy. The hole day I was at work and my plan for the rest of the day was to bake a cake and after this to go to bed and sleep and dream a lot (my favorite activity )
But Alex persuaded me to come so I was at 6 pm there and waited for him. After 5 minutes he came and we started to kick a little bit.
But both of us had not very much motivation. Alex had pains in his legs (maybe because of the good session one day before) so he can't play a lot. And I was very strange at this day and felt as if I took drugs, hehe. I couldn't concentrate on the bag and the only thing I was able to do was to laugh.
For about 5 minutes I was so convulsed with laughter that I shed a lot of tears; and the strange thing is that there was no reason to laugh
So, after about 15 minutes we stoped to torment our bags and went home.
It was a very short and useless session but I had a lot of fun, hehe.
But today at 4 pm we will have our next session at a gym in Dortmund-Scharnhorst and I hope this will be better and more useful
And I hope that today more people will come!!!

anna hit her flip atw, after she hit strong side 3 days before! keep it up annsen!!!
kenny did clippers on both sides and hit his first 3add! smp mirage!!! woooo
i also had a good session. had pdx torque on my foot, but couldn´t seal it with a handcatch.
i hit spinning osis out of nothing when i played a session of "vasek"( formerly known as loser). i didn´t knew, i would hit it. but spinning feels much better on "regular" flipside/left foot... but i have better spins with it. don´t know why.
hit flipside pdx flail and had some tries on motion.
hit sidewalk > smp bubba bsos as well as ducking butterfly bsos
all in all a satisfying session. i recognized i need more pushing from people. when i play on my own i mainly do stuff i can hit and drill it. i would have never thought of spinning osis, cause my spinning clipper feels too bad... i guess, i should open a "challenge"-thread. we´ll see.

Keep it up and motion should be not that hard - make clear that you turn enough - Paradon into osis, if it doesn't feel comfortable try dod into osis.
I am quite sure you will get one down soon .

yesterday was shred on a hard surface. kaarel, anna and me met and kicked a bit. but cause of shin splints, i couldn´t really go well.
hit spinning osis too on my strong. i guess, i am now allowed to call this trick mine.
today i got it flipside a very unusual motion, but after 2 tries, i did it.
today i mainly played soccer instead of shredding. shin splints were still in my legs, so i just kicked the ball with dennis.
in the last half an hour, i built up a small 5-hole-golf parcours. started with an easy hole, just traight in front of us in nearly 30 metres. second hole started with a drive through the whole gym to land the bag on a bench who was connected with a ladder. third hole was a hole-in-one thing. maybe 6 metres away was a wagon full of mats. simply put the footbag on it. fourth hole was again a hot through the gym to an obstacle in which the finish was directly behind the high obstacle. last hole (and my winning hole with one shot ) was a put on a bench in the middle of the gym.
i really wanna train some golfing to get a feeling for the bags. i am aiming for golf world champ this year

well, we had a session yesterday in the skatepark. it was fuckin cold, around 5 °C. kaarel felt comfortable...
i´ve hit drifter > drifter and lots of flipside stepping. well, it´s defintely a set i have to train hard and much more!!!
gyro mirage bs was a hard one. from sesh to sesh my spinning are getting better. i guess, i need some lenses for my eyes. the glasses are sliding while a fast turn.
kaarel also had some nice strings. most enjoyable combo was toe swirl > swirling osis
it´s just a question of time, when i got flipside pdx drifter
ohh, i also hit smp inside kick > ss smp outside kick
now i am off, creating a 4-cheese-sauce for my black&white noodles. mjam!!
