Quick Break-In Bags

I've been using Mr. Sandbags since about late October, and that's when I got interested in Freestyle Footbag. I can now do clippers, pixie sets, stepping sets, butterflies, etc. I'm about that level. Around Christmas time, my friend and I each got Abshire Minis. I'm still mostly using my Sandbags to shred and practice, but I kick with my Abshire about an hour each week. I realize it'll be a little while before it's broken in and I want a 32 panel that will be easier to stall so that I can get used to 32s a little better. I was thinking Footfighter, but if they're any stitchers on Modified that make 32s that are quick to break in, I'd be very interested, please fill me in.

footfighters break in really quick. Also, lesh bags are supposedly really soft and break in really quick, which is why i juss ordered one that should be here anytime this week!

Do you mean "quick" break-ins? If you mean by that then yes, lesh and Footfighters are pretty decent. Not by their stitching, but by the fabric they use - Amaretta suede. It's much weaker than Facile, but much more forgiving in terms of stitching.

Breaking in a bag is pretty much the time you'll have to take for your bags. It's a tenacious process, but worth the sacrifice in making your bags choice. You just can't expect fast results just like that, especially for abshires. It's all about patience.

If you're choosing between a Lesh and a Footfighter - buy the Lesh.. mine was playable right out of the envelope. Or buy a hackeysnack.. they take about 1 week to break in

Yea, quick break-in, sorry. I know it'll take a while to break in my bags, but I'm just looking for a quicker one to get used to 32 panels.

Yeah, lesh has a filler that's less risky than a Footfighter, but probably much more expensive seeing that Paypal can't be used where he lives. Really do, his bags pretty choice.

And I'll have to look up on hackeysnacks myself.

Pretty much most bags, with pretty decent stitching, takes 1 week to break-in if you take your time doing it.

buy an O'Wheel bag, stitched by the man himself, Jeremy O'wheel. Sweet bags straight from the word go, awesome stitching and very very soft and small and good weight!.

Yeah, Jeremy's bags are awesome, but we'll need a middle man who'll ship to the rest of world. Luckily, I have myself an O'Wheel before he closed off his oversea market.

If you want to know about my bag, it expanded pretty big (over the size of a golfball) and I had most of the filler leak out because of the break-in process. Had the bag since the middle of last year.

If you can, get back at me with an O'wheel bag of your own. He probably has a better stitching method now than the bag he made for me, although it's luscious as it is right now.

DOC BAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mine had 0 break in time , it was totally shredable out of the package , it broke in more after that but its so much softer than any bag ive had , and ive had footfighters and stuff ,

i dont like the material on footfighters its to thin and weird

mm, it is a bit odd, but i like it. it feels almost...greasy, and very thin, but i really do like how it sits. huge recommend for the footfighter

Docbags are great! I can't believe I forgot about them!!! So soft, so luscious... Thanks for reminding me Joe.

The stitching is uneven, and you'll have to deal with lead fishing weights, but damn are they plush and good. Highly recommnded.

O'Wheel bags are the sickest. I'm on my second and it's beautiful... ready to play straight away, perfect about a week later. I love Australia

Right right, I almost forgot (again). Chris Miller's stitching some freakin' awesome bags these days, and they're pretty much instantly broken in from the start! I highly recommend them, for both the price and his stitching progress. You'll probably have to be a bit careful with his bags, as they are made with one-sided or pretty thin facile. Other than that, nothing too biggy.
