Nice video Henry! I loved it!
Some of the links were really cool (for example: fairy butterfly > blurry drifter, blur > alpine legbeater, etc). I like how bothsided you are and it was great seeing you shred again (last time was at NYJ)!

Nice job Hen. I'm glad to see that one Paradon there mid-string!
But no Whirls
grrr. Better be next time.
Great stuff. You were doing normal Butterlies alot - some genuine 3's would do good for your runs!

You rock, Henry, even if you do suck at footbag.
Seriously though-- you incorporate ducking very well into your runs, and your atomic set seems really solid. Your spinning looks top notch as well. As far as what Anz said, you do do (haha) a lot of butterflys, but they aren't excessive. Still, you could add some spice by doing more ducking and diving butterflys perhaps? I'm sure it wouldn't be a hard transition for you.

Yes! That was awesome. Spinning pdx mirage>witchdoctor was so so cool. Solid stuff all around. Except for maybe that barrage
It's awesome how you can spin out of anything. Also that first paradon looked really good; do them more!

Thanks Hen G, that was a lot of fun to watch. One of those that I can watch over and over because of the shred and the cool song! Your ducks and spins are really cool to watch. I especially liked that run before the slowdown barrage to whatever you were goin for (flail?). Looks like you lost the huggies too, good work!

THE!
It's ok, I'm a barrage the-er too. I go to a support group once a week. The first step is admitting that you have a problem.
Nice stuff.
