Waking up from late night shred

What does everyone think about waking up from late night shreds? I shred almost always at nights and the days I wake up early I feel great. I wake up almost instantly and my legs feel so good. I always feel like shredding right away after this happens.

Yeah usually on weekends I shred at night, and helps me fall asleep easier because I'm tired... I dont know if I sleep in longer, cause I sleep alot so who knows. But its creepy at night, because theres alot of windows in my basement and I always have a feeling theres a guy watching me outside.

thats insane. i hate shredding at night for the most part. i like early morningish shreds because it wakes me up and makes me feel loose for the rest of the day
