polypellets

Today i asked my mom if she could get me some steel shot, but she couldnt find it anywhere she looked. Instead she brought me home some stuff called polypellets. I want to use it so that my bag gets a little heavier and gives it more feel because right now it seems a lil empty. Will these work any good or dont even bother putting them in?

poly pellets are a bit light, and best mixed with something heavier, but certainly a fairly good component. i use em.

yeah polypellets are good fill but they won't really add any weight. in certain states it's illegal to sell BBs and shot.

yeah, if i lived in one of those states, i think i would use POLISHED aquarium rocks (i believe the polished ones do not break down, add weight, and even give the fill a nice, chunky feel)
but not so easy to locate the right stuff

I could sell u some BB's or Shot at cost, I've got a bit extra, and it doesn't sound like u need a whole ton. If you're looking for a lot, go on ebay.

anyways, as for the aquarium rocks, i'ver never had one but i hear that carol bags had them inside.

Do you guys use some other plastic pellet component in conjunction with a metal pellet? What's heavier than poly-pellets?

Yes, a kinda common bag fill these days is polypellets and bb's of some sort.

Basically everything is heavier than polypellets.

I recently asked my chemistry teacher if she could get me some Tungsten or Bizmuth because i heard both of those are good fillers...if i add one of those to my abshire mini with some poly pellets and keep in the filler i have now would this be a good combination?

she asked me why i need it, and i told her as filler for my footbag

i explained to her why it would be good and she completely understood, and she said she would try and find me some if she could.

wow what an understanding teacher. I asked my teacher where i could get powdered aluminum and iron oxide and he bent his eyebrows and asked me why i would need it. Unfortunately, i couldn't say it was for footbag...because it wasn't.
