I definitely don't respect what they did to Richy Abshire, that lawsuit business was tasteless. I'm glad hacky sack was out there, but it's just a world of difference than today's freestyle and what footbag is all about. Wham-O footbag products , especially the freestyle ones, aren't made with the players truely in mind. They're just a large company who would love to stomp out anyone that takes away their profit, like Richy. Sorry that I'm ranting, but anyone that would like to file lawsuits against a fellow footbagger because of a similar stitching pattern for footbags is bogus in my eyes. Especially someone that is hand stitching every one of them, and his products are purely superior to Wham-O's that the players actually love.

Without Wham-O , who knows where footbag would be, I just don't want to put a hacky sack shirt when I'm purely freestyle "Footbag" player. Switch the text around a bit and put Footbag on it, I will be happy as could be, because I represent footbag.

Err . . . I thought it was Flying Clipper that had the lawsuit against Richard. I could be wrong, though.

My talking points about Hacky Sack(for whenever the subject comes up):

1. Hacky Sack is a brand of Footbag.

2. Hacky Sack makes the WORST footbag.

3. If you want crap, buy a Hacky Sack.

The shirt (from Target) with Pac-man, and the ghosts on it is way cooler, anyway.
