Awesome links man!

yea that drill i posted is really hard, even though the tricks aren't that hard. They are just really hard to link together. i really like drills like that.

thanks for coments.

yesterday i played for an hour. it was't good session, but it wasn't bad session. i trained whirls on strongside, cause my style of hitting whirls makes me pain. i was trying janiwalk on flipside (now it's strongside) and i don't know how i did whirling set :o i was looking for a music to routine and i found it !
i hit:

- blazing mirage
- whirling ss butterfly bs
- whirling butterfly bs

today's session was shorter than yesterday, but i played very well. i worked on baragging on flipside (now strongside :P). i thought "i have to hit nemesis" and i hit it (1st try). after that i hit ripwalk after nemesis. i also trained a whirling swirl on flipside and flipside pixie.
hit:

- magellan x2 > pixie legover [rpt*2]
- nemesis > ripwalk
- janiwalk x3 (new polish record, i guess)
- symp whirling swirl (flipside)
- whirling swirl (flipside)

i'm going to play today :P i will work on flipside pixie, stepping, atomic, cause i need to work on this what i have to do, what will be useful for me.

2nd session today was pretty good. i had couple of good runs.
i worked on flipside pixie and atomic. weakside stepping started working better. also my whirls don't hurt my knees. blurry whirl b2b felt easy again.
i trained drifter for a 10 minutes, but still sometimes i don't feel them well.
in the middle of the session i remind the video by Henry. i decided to try blur > alpine legbeater and.. i hit it !
after that i started doing baragging stuff. hit janiwalker bs and sunilwalker bs in one string.
i was thinking about drilling 5's. i tried spikehammer > phoenix, but did't hit it.
i hit run with pdx torque bs, mobius and footed marius. i need to work on marius, cuz i can't do controlled osis.

highlights:

- janiwalk > blurry whirl > blurry whirl > janiwalk
- magellan x2 > smear > dimwalk > blur [rpt]
- dimwalk > blur > alpine legbeater
- blurry whirl > blurry whirl > blurry whirl > good run
- suniwalk, janiwalk all bs in OS.
- blurry whirl > blur > legbeater [rpt]

thanks, Josiah. i think it's because of i started working really hard a while ago. before i didn't shred too much and after euros i had injury.

i woke up, had big breakfast with big cup of coffe. after breakfast i watched some footbag videos. when i saw baragging ss osis by vandall, i thought that i'll have to try it at next session.
after streching i went to staircase (shred place :D ). In the beginning of the shred i tried beat my osis record and i hit 73. next i hit some titless drills. i didn't worked on flipside pixie/atomic. i trained my shred 30s and whirls and double dexes. i practised baragging stuff a bit.
at session i was thinking about sick3. i need to prepare some, because REMONT 004! will be soon (17-18th February), also i have to start preparing my routine. Probably vasek will be at remont :D.

highlights:

- 73x osis
- [miragex3 > legoverx3 ]x2 > [illusionx3 > pickupx3]x2
- baragging ss osis
- janiwalker > ripstein
- blurry whirl > blurriest > down double down
- janiwalker > food processor > spinning pdx whirl

thanks guys.
i had an other session today. played for 2 hours. practised my routine took almost all of session's time. routine doesn't have a 2add trick in itself :D especially i schooled beginning of my routine, cause it's total new.

my the best results is a 7 drops. I know that's a lot, but it's really hard routine. i think if i play it on 1-3 drops i will be in top 3 at Remont.

besides schooling routine i had a couple of good, long runs, but i only remember whirr > ripwalk [rpt]

Andras when will be SFO ?

i haven't posted for a while, because i haven't played. i've decided that i need week of break, but after the break i got ill. i had fever (38'9 C), but i'm well now.

I played after two weeks of break, today. didn't hit new tricks/run besides blurry whirl > dyno > ddd (nice sick3). Practised routine and shred 30. i got pretty good result from shred.30 (something about 180 points - 1 drop). my routine wasn't good, but i will try to prepare it.

Tommorow i'm going to Warsaw, because of tourney - Remont 004 !
i hope vasek will be there.

Wish me luck

friday:
i arrived to warsaw and went to my brother's house. i had bad nights. brother's cats pissed me off, because they didn't let me sleep. they were walking - running and fighting in night, so i had to shut down them in toilet for the night :D

saturday:
i wake up at 5.40 AM and i went to railway station, because the guys from Góra arrived at 6.20 AM to warsaw. we went to my house and have some food. we were talking about footbag. at 9.30 AM we went to kamuflage (skatepark) where remont took place. when we arrived there were a lot of good shreders. in one of the circles were playing: budzik, ners, ptaku, wit :D. i got dressed and i started streching. Cod hit mobius for the first try, but Ners didn't hit it. Cod is good ! a couple a minutes later i tried mobius and i hit it on both sides for first tries  i tried with Cod to hit a gyro merlin.. and who did hit it first.. ? who ? me :D after i joined to the circle and just played. 4 hours after open freestyle was started, but 30 minutes before my competed i had a lot of contraction in my legs. i stareted my routine but after a couple of butterflies i got contraction again and i decied to stop my routine. i wasn't happy, but i wasn't mad, because compete is only for fun. Wiktor had great routine he had 2 or 3 drops. also Ostrowski brother's and Ners had good routine.

sunday:
i arrived to kamuflage and there were only guys from Batalion Zośka. 20 minutes later Ners and Cod. we tried to do a 4square, but we didn't make it - we had no belt. i have no enegry, my legs were sore, so i stared playing 1 hour later. after double freestyle and final open freestyle, was time for shred 30. i knew that i can only be in top 3 in this event. i thought that i screwed up also shred 30, but i had 172,8 points and i was 2nd, 1st in shred was Gielnik (173.2 points), 3rd was Ners (163 ot something like that). i didn't hit anything in sick3 (i had 5 tries when someones have 6 or 7). After event i went to home -> railway station -> home in Lublin.

about symp. miraging ss butterfly
Matt Cross wrote:Kamil, myself and others have hit this move. Props, though. it's a cool trick.

Anssi, it's not that hard. Picture a superfly with the first dex reversed. It's easy to fall into the butterfly after dex 2 on voodoo. Then, blurry is not so bad to set into it.
