Jorden, You took 3 of my records. Nice.
I added a new set to the list.
Pendulous. = Set and Caught in a Pendulum Motion
Johnny Sudderman, Please don't hurt your knee hitting 22 Paradox Legbeaters. Use your flipside like you said.
Jorden's signature is true.
(Practice with the least amount of strain on your body, then practice.)

Where did the name Atomic Dog come from?? Lynton named it Predator years ago...

Ales has also hit atomic dlo x2, and I think he did it before Johnny.
Atomic dog was a name coined by Scott "Flash" Bevier. It's a reference to a Parliament Funkadelic song. At the time, most of America was unaware that Lynton had hit many tricks. He occasionally posted that he had hit some crazy records, but his credibility was hurt when he posted a message to the list that said something like: "I recently had the chance to see video of myself, and realize that several of my double dexes are completely the." So lots of tricks like atomic mobius, atomic dlo, alpine atom, etc were hit in America and given different names.

This is a little bit late but,

First, I don't believe that there is any necessity for the trick to be CAUGHT in a pendulum motion, only SET out of a pendulum motion (for instance, a pendulous paradox DLO would be set from a pendulum motion, but can end with the same basic toe stall that any other paradox double leg over does.)
And Second, the set has to be a CROSS-BODY Pendulum motion. That is, the setting toe catches in a pendulum motion, and carries it backward AND TO THE SIDE so the bag comes up from a cross-body position.
Really, we should get Evan Lovely's input on this one, since this is his territory.

I admit that I am not an expert on Pendulous anything, however, I think you are mis-informed on the nature of Pendulous moves.I added a new set to the list.

I think that if it is done like a reverse rake then it is a pendulous.Outsider wrote:And Second, the set has to be a CROSS-BODY Pendulum motion. That is, the setting toe catches in a pendulum motion, and carries it backward AND TO THE SIDE so the bag comes up from a cross-body position.

It shouldn't be brought over to cross body and then set up straight from toe (zoid style). It has to go over to cross body and be kinda "up-side down" and then you have to "flick it" up.

Lon, I was wondering if there is a world record listing for tapping legover, essentially an atomic same side legover, which I'm guessing you'd transcribe on your site as "atomic legover opposite foot," because the move changes sides each time. Anyway, if there is not one, you can start it with 8, which is how many I hit 2 sessions ago (with 2 witnesses).
