CHIROPRACTORS HELP FOR INJURED FOOTBAGGERS

Post by Uranos »

Hey guys,

I went to the Chiro today and i was told my Left leg is longer than my right leg. It was because my pelvis was slightly bent...so technically both legs are the same length..
And also i discovered i cant rotate my neck and twist my body towards the right as much compared to the left...

So i come to realise, could this be the reason why:

- my left foot clipper is a bit weaker in terms of crank angle? As in even if i had the same crank as my right ankle because of the leg length the angle might be a bit worse?

- my balance is slightly worse on my right side? Like when i look over my shoulder on my left side clipper it feels a tiny bit more comfortable than with the right..of course the difference is very minimal but.

Just a thought...but i think information like this from the chiropractors might solve why one side feels so weird compared to the other etc..

I can definately say that ur flip clipper/balance problem is exactly the same as mine, but i think my right leg is stronger than my left. So i dunno if thats got to do with bend pelvis or woteva.
I think its just unco-ness.

Yeah i wont affect flipside clippers imo, just the way you look at them when you do the clippers is different to your other side?

its just a real weird thing ey..i mean ive never felt "weak" on that side but more "weird" as to how i look over my shoulder. But as long as its not that serious aah well! :P

I know what you mean. When i look to my left side compared to my right, its not the same. That could be because of certain muscle are stronger then others in my core/legs/neck. or maybe im just seriously fucked up

The good thing is that it is "very easy" to fix. The chiropractor told me that this is very common with people who do sports and its easy to fix.

Maybe the problem in footbag is cause for not being BS enough
So i recommend everyone goes to the chiropractor!

The chiropractor said the problem is very easy to solve and it will take like a month or 2 of just massaging some parts near the pelvis (you know the chiropractors insane ways..)

Originally i thought it was a serious problem and she laughed and said dont worry its not bad at all..just a few sessions and it will be done.

I think she is gonna push on my Ass in the next few months :D

I go to the Chiro fairly often, due to my lower back being screwed up. (Dislocated disk or something... nothing major but it needs work semi-regularly) It's crazy the things they can tell you... like "you have too much sugar in your diet" how the hell do they know that? Guess everything in the body is linked... When I read about your pelvis being twisted I thought hmm... that could be BECAUSE of not being BS lol. on an unrelated note, I think it's fairly common for one side of the body to be longer than the other. My left side is, like, *everthing* on my left side is slightly larger/longer.

Unfortuantely my back isn't something that just gets fixed... I have to live with it and get it worked on regularly... oh well.

Wow, I can't believe I missed this. I've had a problem like this and have been trying to figure it out for a long time. I'll try this solution, and see if I get anywhere. Thanks, Alex!

my left leg is longer than my right, and yes it does fuck you up. I get pain everytime I do consecutive left toe moves.

I noticed this the most with my whirls. on my strongside, I'm practically over the bag when I'm whirling, and on my weak side it's further to the side of me.

You're all freaks!!! I am a perfectly symmetrical human being!
Except for my testicles, the left one is gigantic while the right is simply huge.

I got my pelvis straight by building up and stretching all muscles around it.
I had it rotated too.

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning my "pelvis" is really "straight." Its pretty annoying because I can't get out of bed when there are other people around . . . just have to wait it out . . . (sigh) play the waiting game . . .

is your pelvis naturally like that or did it get bent over time?
