I recieved 2 new Mr.Sandbags in the post on the Saturday just gone.
When i Shred with them they seem very silky and slippy when on your foot. I remember my last one (a knofler Mr.Sandbag) being less slippy, but i suppose that was after i had played with it for a while.
The slippery velvet-like material is slipping sometimes and making it a little harder to do stalls.

Sorry, now that i look back I didn't really make it clear what the purpose of this post was.
I was posting to see what other people thought about them being slippy when new and if they had this problem like I did.
What was that about clippers i didn't understand what you meant?

man i have 6 mr's and almost all of them are slippery except the one i have worked in, because they are the best when broken in man
