i´m not realy throug...but...is this thing saying that drilling is worth a shit...just looking at it would defy? :lol: hey i got it...was just kidding.

Very interesting article, I love reading things like that and discovering how we learn to do the things we do :).

Though this wasn't specifically about footbag, it was definatly related, thanks for bringing it up :).

Note that everyone has different learning curves that are given by pre-req abilities or whatnot.

I wonder exactly how one unlearns 'bad habits'.

And they are advertising something. What are they advertising?

they advertise simulators for heavy maschinery.like the ms flight simmulator,but in as if you were sitting in a big crane and do it...get what i mean,i miss the right words somehow!

This was a key part I felt:

But there's a "catch": to learn the new skills and acquire muscle memory, you must be practicing properly. This means lots of feedback, right from the start, since novices don't know enough yet about doing things right to be able notice, and correct, their own mistakes! (If they could, they'd be experts instead of novices.) Worse, if you don't practice properly, you'll learn to do things "wrong" and down the load, you'll need to "un-memorize" those bad habits.

chris,this is totaly right.its also for me the key part.that said i believe i have a big problem.noone ever told me whats wron gand whats right! :D
