You can wash any shoe (pretty much)..but drying is a different story. I believe you can put them in the low-no heat cycle, or you can just stuff some newpaper in there and let them sit outside, out of the sun, during the day.

I just got my G-units this morning. I posted a tutorial on modding them and a side-by-side comparison against Lavers for anyone interested. I'll be adding my comments later once I playin them a bit.

I just did an in-depth mod of my all black G-units if anyone cares to see it, plus some other mods that people might want to consider if they plan on wanting an advantage against Rod Laver fanatics I guess.

I would only wear them for walking. It might have a good clipper design.

I need new walking shoes and anyway I always walk with my shred shoes(ok i know lavers smell bad, but im bored walking with shitty converse!!!) so ima think about it and surely mods them because i like the look of modded gunits :P. Plus, it gonna only cost me around 60$ and i need to focus on spending money over something else then drugs :D.

The threes actually work well enough to shred in. Mod the leather off like you would on a G6 I, and its like a normal G6 without toe walls. Jeremy O'wheel uses these shoes.
