I drill alone at home during secret Shredi training. Then I use those skills to have superfun busting to the music in circles.

I drill my moves and then make strings.

When i make up strings im always adding new moves to them, and after like a week i just add the string into my normal shredding and hopefully land it perfecto.

I feel they are both interlocked together...if you think about it..you say you are drilling, but you are also shredding because you are trying to hit that drilled move or moves for a big amount of contacts and length, just as you do with shredding..i guess im trying to say they have the same concepts...to have a good amount of contacts and length run, while trying to look good, and having fun and everything else that comes to your feeling as you footbag. Ive enjoyed reading about this topic..nice!!! and interesting...
I hit that...
