What is a good 30 second clip I can include in a power point tomorrow for a fun shameless footbag plug. It's on ethical business & I am going to show a clip of the blougchi master and then whatever you provide me to show honest marketing.
Please include a link!!!
[awesome appropriate music would be a +, high school students are hard to please]

Did anyone notice how balanced vasek was?
He knows exactly where to set the bag for each individual trick, every set was perfect. And not only does he know but he can consistantly do it!
I decided to write some thoughts down, so I'm not stating facts here just some random thoughts that you might agree with. .....or disagree
Balance is a huge key to better shredding.
Along with good balance comes:
form
consistency
style
confidence
efficiency
fewer injuries (mental / physical)
and crazy combos like the six 5's and whirlwind>spin p blender that vasek busted out unconsciously at the end of 30 seconds. Perfectly timed out and planned, each trick and link was solid!
Even the seperate components of every trick were perfect, does he just have some crazy body awareness?
I'd say understand evrything about the basics, you should be able to do them in your sleep. Master the fundamentals with balance and style, you'll end up with a more consistant learning process. You can skip the fundamentals but without even one fundamental how are you going to hit Clipper set spinning diving far symple swirling inside stall? Thats exaggerating but you know what I mean.
You could be drilling tricks that are too hard for where youre at, and if you had mastered the fundamentals in the frist place - the trick that you are killing your body over would be a natural consequence. You dont want to form bad habits early on.
forget about crazy combos for now, and go back to the simplest components and actually study what needs to be where, and why. Study it, master it, style it out!
