Wow matt thats a weird sounding trick, I can't even really picture it.

I think the 24th-26th would be good, Pat said he probably couldn't go the weekend of the 17th. So does that sound groovy for everyone?

all this exhaling leads to consciousness failing, slowly but surely curtailing my wailing... teaching oneself to play the flute is serious business.

No footbag for a few days, the weather's gone sour, and I've felt sore the past few sessions, so I'm having a bit of a rest, to try and get my knee to really repair. I guess I should be icing it as well, that's what I'll do when I'm done with my current entry... I'm having a lazy sunday morning at my new ladyfriend's house while she's out at a baby shower. Too bad she's a Rochester girl and I'm a Fredonia boy... She is roommate's with Mike Anello's longtime serious girlfriend, so I've been getting more non-footbag opportunities to hang with mike, which is great, being that he's laid off the hack a bit to return to body building and let his ankle / body recuperate from shred. His heart is still in it. He smashed his ankle trying delusion, which sucks because he's hit it so many times. Thinking of it makes me want to hit blurry delusion, because I thought up the greatest name for it a few years ago, that being Town Drunk. another great name is one i thought up for Backside Predator... hahah, that's a little too raw for public posting, but those who know my sense of humor could probably figure it out.

back on the path to becoming a world famous flautist...

Cool news matt, about your ladyfriend. Not so good about your knee, I hope it feels better. I really hope mike comes back to footbag eventually, I love playing with him, he has such a good sense of humor. And his video's are thhe shit!

So are we on for 24th - 26th Zoo jam? The EFC is down!

if i can get 2-3 rochesterians / freddy shreddies to confirm attendance with me (and by "confirm attendance", I mean "pitch on gas"), it's on. I'll do that within the coming week. Thanks a lot for taking initiative to make me make this happen :D I'm looking forward to it.

Yeah im stoked, i talked to greg and he seemed really interested. He said if he couldn't hitch a ride from geneseo he could take a bus to rome. If chris is coming though it shouldn't be a problem to pick him up eh?

I don't see any reason not to come. I should be able to shred by then. If I go, then there is no reason Greg can't go. There's the bus that goes up to Rochester every weekend, but the earliest we could get up there on friday is about 4:30. Then on sunday there are a couple different times that I can get back to Geneseo, such as my usual 6:30 ride home, which is the latest one I think.

So if those times aren't workable, then the only option for me and Greg is if Matt or someone else went the extra distance for us.

I should just buy a car :?

hey its the rochester blog

i'm almost better. been doing butterflies and stuff in my new climas, usually only at the juggling club meetings. no pain, but i'm playing it safe still. the leg monster is still in there somewhere, and i can kill it with a few more days of ice. Sorry RIT guys, but i won't be coming up for the sunday shred again this week-- havent heard from either of you in awhile though. hope you've been kicking.

so yeah. i hope to have some solid sessions by the middle of next week so i'll be ready to bust before ZOO SHRED!!! someone bring a camera! it's gonna rock

Hey its me... haven't posted here in a while. I might be able to go to the zoo jam, its the weekend before finals... hopefully i can come shred my stuff.

As for footbag, haven't played in almost 2 weeks... work and school have taken almost all my free time. But co-op next quarter which means lots of free time!!

Today's session went pretty good for not playing for 2 weeks; couple new records, some new combos, and some new moves.

new stuff:
ss symp reverse whirl x 3
far ducking symple dyno (reverse symple mindbender :) )
fog (footed flip several times..)
footed flip ripped warrior (too tired to give any solid attempts at it)
gravedigger BS
blurry torque
flip zooming clipper

toe drifter > dlo (rpt) .... finally, been trying this for a long time
xbd rake > E-walk

ripwalk x 25 (record by 5)
shuffle string (dropped 30th)....
[smear > pixie ss mirage](rpt) > [parkwalk > sidewalk > ripwalk > blur] (rpt) > [dimwalk > sidewalk > blur > smear](rpt) > [smear > pixie ss mirage](rpt) > parkwalk > sidewalk > ripwalk > blur > parkwalk > sidewalk > drop > fall to knees

was a good day, now for shower and go drinking

Whoah! Props.... I would've passed out at the first blur. :P

played today for the first time in a week. knee hurts. hip hurts :(

played with 2 newbs, one has lavers on order already, the other needs to get some funds. nothing great was hit.

I want to stop hurting. my knee and hip hurt so much. drifters caused a bunch of pain.

Fred Shred Footbag is an official club, pending me getting an advisor. Anyone have any idea what I should do with my $500? Hopefully, I can get more to throw my tournament. We'll see what happens next.

As for the situation for next weekend, my parents said we can use their beach house for the weekend, so we have a 24 hour indoor shred / party spot. So at least that's taken care of. Wish my body luck so I can actually play with you guys. Who's in from Rochester?
