Im trying not to be a dick here, but this is a rather poor method of doing the blind stitch. How can you even tell whether your stitching is consistent? I would hesitate to post a "tutorial" that hundreds of impressionable people will take to heart before being sure that it is the best technique to use.

if jeremy is being a dick, then im a dick too because that was my first thought...

2 holes in one motion = bad

it might be just me (doubt it) but i make every hole individually, instead of pinching and making 2 holes. that way you go straight through the material and you can space each stitch ideally. when u pull it tight, its usually better than the other normal stitches, because each hole is perfect, instead of going thru 2 layers like usual. just take it one hole at a time and use common sense!

sorry to interject because i am myself no professional, and dont get me wrong because i havent seen a more clear tutorial anywhere else so this can be helpful to those who have no clue. its no doubt a good way to get the general idea of how to finish off a bag, its just not the best way... so all in all props on the tutorial!!!

well if you think about it it is easy to get consistance by just doing the spacing evenly and to do one hole just go all the way and pull it then back out all the way getting even consistancy and spacing.

ok so what your saying then is when you pinch the cloth you just put one hole in the pinched part as to not show anything?
am i reading this correct?

i thought the picters were awesome and for a beginner stitcher like me it helped ALOT
