CD swap
OK so I saw on another message board that people do lots of swaps and this looked like the most enjoyable one. It would work something like this... One person collects all the people who want to do it, then that person makes partners out of that list. After that the people trading give there addresses to each other and people have like two weeks to make a CD and send it to the other person. The only problem would be people in so many different countries so I'm not sure how exactly that would work out. We could also make requirements on the CD if we wanted, like create your favorite footbag mix or only put certain genres on,, or songs that describe you, or something. Anyway I was just wondering if people would be interested in this sort of thing as it sounds fun to me.

sweet, so i'll just make a breaks cd and send it to my self then shall i...?
wouldn't it be better for every one to open up and try to enjoy some different music instead of the same music they always listen to but by different artists? i think for atleast the first go round it should just be your favorite shred tunes regardless of genre.

Good idea although I don't think I could personally be involved.
Another suggestion is that you can share your favourite shred mp3s by emailing them to [email protected] and then downloading them using the password f00tbag

Oh yeah! I'd forgotten all about that account... I'm gonna go there and have a browse now
My genre would be dance. Any kind except techno, basically. Breaks is sweet, and great for shred. House is my favourite though. Aaron I would loooove a breaks mix from you! I read some of your posts on the breaks thread, I searched for some of the stuff you named but couldn't find much
I'll keep looking though.

The reason I was thinking trading CD's instead of shred music was because I was thinking trading music that you really like, not that you shred to neccesarily. Plus this way it seems more personal or something I don't know. I do agree with Andrew though that if it was me I would rather recieve a CD filled with a variety of the other persons favorite stuff and not just a bunch more of music that you already like.
