Today we had another footbag club meeting, so i decided to take out my camera and get some footage. Its mostly me unfortunately, but i have some long strings in there. And i tried to get my friend Alex in as much as i could, but he would freeze up whenever i told him i was recording, yet when i wasnt he would hit 6 or 7 contact strings

Troy, I am very impressed with your style. You show great control with your 2s and 3s. From the vid, most of these seemed both-sided! Props.

One thing that's very common with players at your level is the forward facing orientation of your butterflies and clippers. Work on turning your support foot inwards and rotating your hips away from the bag during the stall. The clipper should be futher 'behind' you with your knees together and facing the same way. Keep the head and shoulders over the bag.

Taking these measures may prevent you from developing a nagging injury.

dude that was tight. I was getting stoked on that long run you had! Also, I love insides so props on all the insides. I remind myself of you reminding myself of me, you know what I mean?

Thanks alot for the tips Jorden, im glad you like what you see!

It means alot to hear someone of your skill level saying that they like my style, its very motivating.

Ive been wondering why my butterflies are inconsistent, and this is probably why. Im going to shred today, so ill work on it alot.

And i will make a new video soon, i can do alot better than what was on that video. I basically juss told my friends to videotape and i tried to get some nice strings in.

yea man, you had some good long strings in there. like jorden said, your really both sided. try to keep that up for every trick you learn and you be busting hard in no time.

Ive been trying to do this lately, but i dont really understand what it is im supposed to be doing. I try to do what your saying, but it doesnt feel right at all, and im much more inconsistent with my butters to the point where i cant do infinity this way. Please elaborate on this some more.
