Hey Jorder, good morning/afternoon what ever...
I have an idea for a trick which i can't possibly acheive, so you were the firs guy i thought about that could try it
so
its a symposioum phasing (that was the fairy swirling set right) gyro rev up
If you remember it could you try it when you shred.
and sorry for the bad english

Started another semester of high school last Friday. My life will hopefully become more structured than the last few months have been. Should be able to gain back my normal sleeping patterns and routine shred sessions.
Plus, there's a workout gym at my school. I'd like to start strength training soon.
3-ball juggling like mad lately. I've surpassed many of my own expectations. Need to make a new video.
My shred has been fairly spaced out the past couple months. Progression has slowed, which I guess is understandable. Mainly focusing on BSOS combos, theme runs and repeat drills. 90 minute session last night produced:
- whirling swirl > blurry whirl [rpt]
- blurry whirling swirl bs (again)
- torquescrew > pdx torque BSOS (in a LAME 6 contact combo)
- run w/ pdx torque, baroque, mobius, flip blurry torque & flip gravedigger
the night before, barefoot:
- fairy double switchover bs
- tapping dbl pickup
- phasing ss legover
- triple atw > dimwalk > pdx egg
Advice of the day: never underestimate the power of REST! Rest is as crucial to shred as sessions are. Let those muscles repair. Reduce your likelihood of injury!
Peace
Shred and rest,
Jorden

Nothing new to report.
Picked up some kind of virus the other day. Shred and cardio training on hiatus. Supposed to shred with Johnny tomorrow. I'll probably go just because Johnny shreds are so rare. Lookin forward.
Right now is the pinnacle of 'off-season' for me. It's usually nice to have some immediate event to work towards. The weather sucks, and motivation isn't where it should/could be.
Tomorrow at school I'll be auctioned off to someone/some people to help raise Hurricane Katrina victim funds. The max for all the 'auction items' is 10 bucks. Hah! That gets you a week of lunch-time Destroyer lessons. Sweet deal.
People don't realise I give lessons for free. Everyone always has better things to do (ie. bounce the ball, kick the can, etc.).
I don't talk to many people at my school.
Tip of the day: Take advantage of the fact I give tips and lessons. I always enjoy getting PMs.

Thanks
Wow, it's amazing to see people so far away still into Katrina relief. What would it take to get you to come give shred lessons down here? No, really, thank you. Your efforts are appreciated. Of course you are invited to my modest Jazz Fest shred event that I haven't even announced yet. Or at least tell anyone who might be in the area in late April to contact me. Anyway, I'll keep downloading y'all's videos until I can cultivate the right amount of freestyle interest 'round here.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
My favorite trick is knowing when to pass.

Thought of an 8 add for you to try...i kno you probably get a lot of these but I haven't heard of anyone hitting them. let me know if you can do anything with these!
pixie ducking superfly rake or blurry ducking superfly rake.
Then a nice 7 add...blurry ducking voodoo. (would love to see this)

You can find a sketchy one in Sinister Session at 2:14.

That pixie trick sounds doable.

Made a small video. Not long enough to deserve its own thread.
