Downtime Day

Todays' shred was a real trainings session - Max and me worked on dlos,
drifters and whirls almost throughout ;
I spend a good time working on dlo>butter>pdx mirage, from both sides,
mixed up with some clip set dlos and ss dlos ( on Max request ).
He had some good tips for my flip dlo, regarding hip motion and the need
for more "scoop" in the second dex . I hit the aforementioned combo b2b
from both sides and plo>dlo>rpt>bop run - the last one felt especially good
since i love toe to toe, plus i havent hit that one too often :D .

All this work was quite helpful for all the drifter stuff we drilled later -
next sesh i definitly have to hit drifter>dlo bsos and pdx dlo bsos  !

Before we went to do some whirls, Max experimented with peeking,
and i tried to hit zooming osis...we need someone moving to Munich
who can help us with spins and all the confusion comming along with
'em .

I want to do more sessions like that in the future - concentrating on
a few components, and really getting into them .
Downtime is fun .

g'night

:D

Mr Lötscher, the german blood is running thick in our veins = efficiency
guranteed :D , that means, Max figured the way out already, but
maby you want to pm any of us your phone numbers ( mobile and landline ),
in case we get lost on the way.
But i gotta say in all honesty that i'm not sure whether i'll be there...
Money and work times wouldnt be a problem, but i gotta see how my
bad ankle is doing - at the moment things seem on the way up though .

Mr Seifert, i'm not sure we could meet on monday ; the gym will be closed,
holiday time and shit, and the olympia was closed down aswell last time
Mr Hunter checked :? ...but we shall find a way - i want to be there to
film all you guys :) .

Mr Dupuy - hold you horses, Markus has not hit these combos yet,
but stay assured - as soon hes back on his feet, munich footbag
shall have its first fearless links :P

i cant wait

Hi everyone,
I'm back from five days of snowboard action in Austria :D We can play tomorrow either in the cave or go to the indoor soccer hall in the olympic park, Jochen said that it is a good venue. It's open till 22:30. Just write in here or give me a call!

@ Daryl you HAVE to come with us to Wullhusen!

first of all you have all my envy for five days in the mountains and secondly I promise this location could attract tons of players - just ask them it is a cool location.

1st session after a very cool trip to Wolhusen,

hit nuclear ss whirl on video yesterday evening (hope I can put it online the next days). Honza showed me how to hit the trick on friday.
His game is so unbelievably to watch! I also played with Tina the first time in circle last friday... I only can say WOW to her game
I had a great time. The accommodation was very good also the breakfast and dinner. Thanks to Flavio, Silvan and all other footbaggers of Wolhusen for the organisation.

All in all Swiss Jam # 18 was a great event!

I will tell u more the next time I come to munich
