I don't know if there is another topic out there on this, but what are your favorite Rock bands you like to listen to?

For me it's Slipknot, Metallica, Pantera, Korn, Disturbed, Static X, Rammstein, Lamb Of God, Tool, NIN, System Of A Down, Mudvayne.

There are a couple of more but I can't think of them right now.

As far as I know, Rammstein isn't considered Rock. It's Industrial Metal.

Techno sounds fun to shred to.

Metal is subcategory of rock so Rammstein is certainly rock!

My faves at the moment are: Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys, Led Zeppelin, Marylin Manson and Kashmir (Fucking Awesome danish band!)

My last session was spent listening to 'The Black Keys'. That's some cool blues, right there!

I listen to just about anything with a good beat.
I'm not concerned about the genre of music, so long as it's got a beat I can play to.

I'm writing a paper on the relationship between (freestyle) footbag and music. Obviously beat is important, and high energy music seems to be key as well. Anyone feel that a lighter, easier tune is better to concentrate to and play against?

I need your input!

best thing would be...take a boomer and just shredd to different styles of music.

when i shred i have ussually chill music.cause i dont like the way i get pushed from hardcore f.e.!i love everything were the singing is more a growling but...not for shred!i preffer jazz,blue or rnb to shred too.acoustic guitar music is also cool for shredding

my fav bands right now are:the exploited,less than jake,bleeding throug,ayreon,oasis,new found glory,jack johnson...many more...thats the ones i right now listen to the most.i know,a wierd combo
