Here are some quotes that may serve you well:

Don't try to have good style. Try to have perfect form and style will follow.

Gravity does not limit the tricks you can do. Your imagination does.

Dropping the footbag is a good thing. Every time you drop, you learn from it. Hitting the trick is inevitable, by using process of elimination of what NOT to do.

For all aspects of life:

Be different -- in a positive way! 8)

This one sounds oxymoronic, but really isn't. It's actually quite profound. One of my favourite quotes:

The one who drops the most, wins.

Anyone think they can explain?

Jorden: "Advice of the day: never underestimate the power of REST! Rest is as crucial to shred as sessions are. Let those muscles repair. Reduce your likelihood of injury!"

i think what this is trying to state is that everyone drops (the bag essentially) and he who has dropped the bag the most is trying to state the fact that he practices more than everybody else, and practice makes perfect

i think i got that correct if not someone let me know i was just spitballing there

You got it Zeb.

More drops means more practise and more learning what not to do. :)

Justin Dale has given me so much advice in the few times i've played with him. one that really stuck out was "delay longer. It will make the rest of your moves easier and it will help to build your personal style".
shred 30 advice: "when you drop the bag, pick it up and drop it into a move i.e. whirl, etc"
"drill consecutive anything"
"try to hit a new move every session"
"set the bag straight up"
"on spins, create a box in front of you. when your hips turn, your shoulders turn at the same time. keep your knees close together. don't raise your entire body when you set, just your clipper" --not exact words but u get the jist.

my ducking advice about avoiding hunching over: "bring the bag to you, not you to the bag"

This was good advice when i was talking to Anssi

Alex: Have any tips for this trick?
Anssi: Yeah, just practice
"You can have all the tips in the world to do a trick, but you still wont be able to hit it if you dont practice first.

I found this really good advice even thoguh it sounds stupid. Alot of the time i was asking for tips on a trick without even trying to practice a trick, and then get frustrated as to why i cant hit it.

With different words: "it doesn't matter how many times you drop the bag, it's how many times you pick it up that matters."
