My work schedule for the coming week comes out on Saturday or Sunday at the latest. I'll then know what kinds of Airport runs I can do on Friday. I should be able to do at least one in the earlier part of the day.

OK, since nobody posted regarding a meeting place, let´s just meet at the baggage claim for my flight.

America West 488 Depart: 12:50pm
afternoon Phoenix, AZ
Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl (PHX)
Arrive: 2:34pm
afternoon Denver, CO
Denver International (DEN)

Chicago and Lon and Joe, see you there. Maybe we get lucky and Brad can give us a lift, or we can figure out the shuttles. In any case, I´ll be waiting at the baggage claim for AmWest 488 for everybody. See you all soon.

Okay, I will be doing one Airport run at about 3pm on Friday. That looks like the time that the most people are arriving. By 3 you all should have found your bags as well.

The meeting spot will be the large fountain which is in the center of the main terminal. You will see it when you come up the escalator after getting off of the train.

Can someone try and give me an accurate count so that I can try to plan accordingly for how many people I have to try and fit. Specifically, how many in the Chicago crew.

OK, I definitely want a ride. People can feel free to meet me at my baggage claim around 2:40, or just go directly to the fountain. I plan on being at the fountain a little before 3pm. Thanks Brad!

ps: my internet access has been sporadic and short on this trip, so sorry for the late reply.

Kevin: xxx-xxx-xxxx (not sure if it'll work/he'll have it or if he even wants me to put it up here, but what the hell…)

We'll be rolling in around 7 or 8pm on Friday.
Where will everyone be?

Getting pumped...

EDIT: Yep, he minded... :D

Thanks for offering, Brad. If it's possible Chicago would like a ride (michigan too).

Chicago: 5
Michigan: 1
Lon + Joe : 2
Kenso: 1

9 peeps arriving from 2-3pm.

Let's meet @ the fountain then! :)

Cool that's what I needed to know. I have a friend at Budget who is going to rent me a 12 passenger van and I needed to know if I was going to need it. Looks like I will.

See you all on Friday around 3pm at the fountain.
