Vasek for starters

Lately, many people said that Vasek's Shred 30 at last years' footjam is
one of the best videos to show someone who has never seen footbag.
Regarding this, I recoded that Shred30, but added a 40% slow-mo of
the whole run, so Footbag newbies see what's going on. I hope this
is useful to some of you.

Haha. that's so awesome that you but it in slow-mo. The halloween effects in the background audio are definitely a little spooky.

I love the direct link to Quicktime instead of downloading it...plus Quicktime is the jam so...all that slow-mo was so clear! I enjoyed it!
