Me in Victoria, BC

Post by BuckRuckus »

Hey, does anyone want to play some footbag in Victoria on Wednesday the 22nd and show a Toronto guy how it's done? I'll be in town for just a day or 2. I dont know anybody there, and would love to spend as much time shredding as possible.

Just so you know who you'd be hooking up with: I'm 28 years old, have been playing my ass off since the summer (but still suck), enjoy candle-lit dinners and long shreds on the beach.

Contact Allan. Dylan and Matt are both overseas. I also believe there are some people that play at UVic.

Thanks for pointing me to some people, Jon.

I just got back. Only Allan Haggett was around, but we had a really fun 2-person session in a squash court. He shreds really well, and is an old hacker like me so there were lots of flyers, amazing saves, and ricochets off the court walls. Allan's a really cool guy too.

I don't know what's up with Victoria. It seems like such a cool place, the weather is nice and mild, and there are so many hippie-type kids hanging around doing nothing. It seems like pan-handling is the only activity they're interrested in. Why isn't footbag HUGE there?

MIKE! You are so lucky to have met Allan! I still haven't, but look forward to it someday... glad to know you had fun. :)

And now I want to move to Victoria...
