i love footbag and i decided its time to make me my own blog. Im not great as of now i have some lavers, only toe mod and some sharpie mods. I use a sandmaster but I ordered a mr sandbag and it should be here by friday. Im very excited to get it I hear they are great .

i just got done shredding. Started to get my atw's down and im proud of my self.Took some time and now im tiered but thats the only way im going to get better. although i was having some trouble with my inside stalls and clippers, and im thinking if i do the mod taking out a layer of mesh it will help do u guys think it is necesary? My ankles i stretch them daily but they dont seem to crank anymore then they did the day before and now im also wondering do u think i should do the brocka mod. Well thanks for the input when it comes.

forgot to add just got done shredding a bit. With some friends who dont really play. I was using my mr sandbag and my atw's are getting better I plan on playing at about 7 or 8 for an hour and hope to get them going consistantly in a run

whoo... just got done with a session wasnt exactly an hour but i got a headache and have had it all day

but anways

my atw's are getting a lot more consistant and i love the way they look/feel im practicing my clippers and pixies and now im just drinking gatorade yumm

i plan on shredding at school tomorrow ill post after school

Didn't know if you knew, but we have a pretty decent footbag group in the area, for both net and freestyle. Here's our website:

man i was freaking out i thot there was no more modified i got scared but zeke posted a link in a myspace group where i had asked about it but nw im happy again and wondering if im going to kick with sole purpose tomorrow my phone is tweaking so im hoping they will read this and pm me about some info.

Me too. I didnt realize I checked the forums so much until I caught myself clicking a shortcut to modified 7 times in a row... always forgeting that it wouldn't work.

mmmmm im feeling like this right now

because im not great but just had a 45 min shred session.I was working again on atw's want them perfect.But besides that i was working on clippers wich are getting better and i started hitting pixies so today i hit atw to pixie twice and it was sweet.

things i plan to have hit/be hitting by end of week:

just kicked for the first time since monday night?? i think..

but anyways didnt go that hard ive been sick and wanted to heal fully before i actually start playing hard again.

i dont know if any of you have experienced this but at first like i was hitting every thing i tried first try and a couple trys after that like every thing was extra easy but then it went back to normal

well going to dads today around 4 and my grandmas here from san diego yay shes awesome and loves to spoil me maybe ill get something footbag related out of this well ill post when i get home sunday.......

You should join the Sole Purpose club list on footbag.org under clubs. Sorry you couldn't kick with Nick, you should let your mom know more about the footbag scene so she has a better understanding of what it is and the people in it. Show her our website! If she wants to get some details about the local group, she can contact me, especially if you want to come out and meet us. We could head your direction as well. Anyway, just a thought.
