If the bag drops, you can't get the full hack!

I can't kick, but I enjoy playing in hack circles anyway. It's kind of pathetic when it gets to me though. Must practice kicking more.

Hacky Sack used to be all I played before I learned about freestyle. Five of my close friends and I would just kick for hours man...lame  Now a days it's just me practising alone...miss those good times :(

I still circle kick a lot. I'm a newbie at shredding, but I have been hacking for a couple of years. It's always fun to be able to pull a basic stall and still impress people in a hack circle. Then occasionally you'll run accross that guy who has been hacking for 20 years that puts many of shredders' bag control to shame.

I can't even remember the last time I've kicked for 5 hours, but why was it lame?

For those of you that go to events, do you kick with hackers that show up?

Having started out as one, I think there are more hackers out there with the potential to be a footbag freestyler, they just need a little more encouragement. I always get the feeling that they feel a little intimidated and left out at events. They play in their own little circles for a while then leave. I would say that it's likely that they would not come back next year.

Then they miss out on the real fun (IMHO) of going to an event; meeting, hanging out and having tons of fun with other people that love to play footbag, one way or another. Does anyone else agree?

I don't travel much to other tournaments and my comments are based on all the local events I've been to. I just wanted to know if it's ever happened elsewhere.
