I saw someone write "<4" the other day which is a funny typo for <3. Maybe a quote would be helpful.
"I contend we are both atheists, I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours."

I don't really know.
Really strange leetspeak. I doubt it's leetspeak.
1>4<<5>2<-3
...
The '1>' looks closest to a 'D'.
The '4' is usually an 'A' in leet.
'<' looks closest to a 'C'.
'5' is usually used as an 'S'.
'2' might be 'To'.
And '<-3' can be one of them male phallic objects.
Seriously. I doubt it is leet. Hell. I doubt it's supposed to make sense.

I saw someone really geekily write <1+2 recently, which I assumed was supposed to equal <3

Okay, the "<3" I get now. It's a pretty shitty representation of a heart though.

And yes, this threw me too. I assumed it was part of the same thing. I get it all now.
Thanks

And some people pronounce it without the p, just 'owned'. see pure pwnage series: pronounced pure ownage.
