I'm thinking it'd pretty helpful to have someone experienced to help me along with my game, and shredding alone all the time can get lonely.
Active shredders in DFW, Texas?

Anyone know of any active shredders in the DFW area?

The kids at school are mostly hackyslackers that don't really care much for doing anything besides kicking a crotched sack around.

Hi Nhan,
Texas footbag seems to really be in hibernation right now. You can check out this page:
http://www.footbag.org/clubs/list?Country=USA&State=TX
I'm not sure about Dallas, but there was one guy from Plano who used to post on .org a lot. I'd be curious to see how many people you find. I have corresponded with Mike who runs the Houston Skyliners and we want to throw a Texas footbag jam (footbaggers from all over invited of course) this summer. Since Austin is "central Texas" it would probaby be here in Austin. I'll post an announce for it once we really set plans for it. I was in a similar situation as you, not too many ppl to play with in the area. I posted some ads on craigs list and have started to revive the Austin club.
Mike said he was talking to some shredders in Dallas, although I'm not quite sure who. I'll send you his email in a PM and you can get in touch with him.
