I'm experiementing with going to work an hour early and doing one of my workouts after work. I'm more awake at least. We'll see how much energy I have for shred.

Well there will be no second workout for Thursday. I am kind of addicted to getting more than 6 hours of sleep in a day. The working man is a sucker. Anyway, I think it will pay off more to sleep than to footbag right now. Although I am addicting to those superflies.

Haha, that's so awesome Uranos!!!

Unfortunately, I am a dope. 6:00AM=SNOOZE! I barely made it to work on time. Haha! I still think I'm doing quite well with this insane schedule. We'll get them next time.

Well, Friday consisted of a skipped run and no shred. Yet, I am notably sore. Why? You ask. I moved my mom's furniture out of my old house and then danced the night away in a remarkably large house party. Indeed a worthy sacrifice. Haha.

that is fuckin gnarley. sometimes footbag needs to take a backseat and dancing the night away is a tops reason.

Well it's been a few days since I posted on here. I thought modified was dead actually, haha. Anyway, this will be a general update of the past few days. I have been asking around to people who have studied up on exercise science and I've tweaked my schedule a bit. So this week has been very laid back and just sort of getting my body into the feel of the new schedule. I'll keep updating workout by workout again for everyone as well as my own logging purposes.

I don't remember much that i hit special the past few days. PS whirls and superflies are getting less taxing so this whole workout thing seems to be working. I do remember:

-Spinning Voodoo
-Blurry whirl>Blurry drifter>Spinning pdx drifter

6:00AM Workout 1 of 2 for Friday 3/3/06 - Stair run

Ah, it's good to be back on modified. It was cold out today. But 2 blocks into my run I saw probably a 45 year old guy walk into a local pub and I laughed for about 15 minutes. There were multiple people inside too.

1.) Why is any bar in the world open at 6:15 AM?
2.) Why would anyone drink anything but orange juice at 6:15 AM?

Oh how I love the high class experience that comes with living in Pittsburgh.

Time: 20:16 Nothing special but I'll take it considering the sidesplitting laughter.

Haha, it's actually on my list! Below Japan and above Italy. So, you'll see me someday Anz.........someday.

Edit: By the way, I realized that was rude. That list isn't sorted by importance or anything. Just randomly.

I have to go to Japan and see Henmo, Yusuke, Massa, and Ken again.
Since worlds was in Finland and I didn't go, I have been dying to see it.
And I have to go see Italy, just because.
Then the list goes on from there...

Well it's spring break. You know what that means everyone! Exotic women, parties, and lots of fun time........actually I'm still in Pittsburgh. Haha. I have to stay here because I'm still interning so I go to work on Monday while all my friends are in far away places. So I'm one of like 5 people still living within 5 miles of campus and the ghost town is getting to me.

I went to go lift earlier today. When I got there I was greeted by a big sign that said "Closed for Spring Break." First they take my friends, then they take my gym. What the hell next!?!?!? LOL. I was so pissed I didn't even bother running or doing some other activity. It's going to be a looooooong session tonight. I've got nothing else to do. Haha.

10:30PM Workout 1 of 2 for Saturday 3/4/06 - 1 Hour Session

BOOOO! I was no good at all today. It could just be a bad day for footbag or it could be a fatal flaw in my new thoughts on making progression. I took a majority of last week off in order to recoop and refuel. In a hardcore lifting schedule, you need an "Active rest week" every 6 to 8 weeks for your body to sort of play catch up. Well, I guess now I've just gone too far.....footbag is not lifting. And my rest only resulted in sloppy shred upon my return. (Hey, don't judge me. This is an experimental process. ) No worries. I'll be back in top form by Monday.

Anyway, I didn't hit anything special. I had to force myself to even finish the hour long session. I guess I shouldn't have stopped running either.

So, here's my mental recap: I'm going back to the original plan. 2-a-days for 5-6 days a week. And I'll just be counting on the fact that I never actually make it through the week without a snooze or early start to the nightlife when I should be working out. That will give me all the rest I need. Haha.
