I'm providing 2 links here, both to the same video of me. One is a .mp4 file that is 55 MB in size (5 min or so) and the other is a .avi file 122 MB in size (also 5 min). The mp4 file is better quality and smaller, however, since some people aren't able to ach it, I thought I'd make an alternative.

This vid is pieced togeher from 4 sessions I had in February. Its not my best stuff ever, but there are some good tricks and combos, and a few runs too. Hope you enjoy it. Leave commentary if you please.

as always you impressed me. that was a shitpot full of atom smashers. That symposium reverse swirling whatcha who waht was that was awesome. i relly appreciated those drifter drills, because that is what im working on right now. Nice tomohawks. Every thing else...choice. Thank you for another great video.

Forget the atom smashers, predator > predator and bladerunner beesauce???? All the runs were sick!! I loved this video sooo much, and the music made it so much better. I even kind of liked how chunky the video was. Jeremy Mirken is the best! This video made me want to play footbag more than any other video I've seen recently!!!
