Oh, and on the topic of dyno's, if your stepping out of osis is strong try stepping (or zoooooming) out of dyno, both feel way sweet.

Heh. You're gonna have to go drill-seargant on me, because I am WAY out of shape. I haven't kicked regularly in like a year. :P But I REALLY want to get back to it!

Need to close on the house, move a mountain of crap, get a new job, and start work on getting the house liveable. Any chance I get though, I'll be looking forward to shredding wit'chaz. Starting May 1st, you can stop over any time. :D

Your style is nice: you look very controlled and focused, like you know exactly what you'll be doing next. You do repeat some moves a lot, but I'm not one to complain.

...and I think you might have grown a bit! You looked at least 3 times taller than that water bottle!

(seriously though-- you're gonna have to come up to Marshfield this summer and kick it with me and Brian middle-of-nowhere style)

today i played some footbag. i also played last night

here are some highlights

toe whirl and pdx whirl bsos (same run)
pixie whirl bsos
blur>pixie whirl>run bs
blurry whirl bs many times
lots of pdx whirls. failed and landed alike
missed last contact of rubberman extension

had a huge session today. first one all week

tennis is getting in the way.

started off practicing double downs. flip DOES NOT work.

then went to other downtime components

drifter>torque repeat... maybe 1st time?

i hit whirl>pdx torque. tried it on the other side... missed a few times. FINALLY hit it after like 10 tries, and then bsosed it!!!! wooooooooo

i think that was my first ever pdx torque bsos. and it was whirl>pdx torque bsos.

im feeling good. now to write my speech on baseball
