Yo Gareth,

Don't sweat the sweatshirt. There's no rush on it now, since it's becoming Spring in the States. I do want to get that back eventually, since it has high sentimental value for me. Money-wise, it looks like Guido will send you some money and I'll pay him back. In the future though, if you can't send me something, could you e-mail me and let me know its not coming? I waited a couple months, and when nothing came, I kinda gave up on it. I should have emailed you, but its been pretty hectic lately. In any case, I don't want to add to your stress. When you find some time, I'd love to get the hoodie back. But no hurries or worries. Thanks again for the good times shredding in Brisbane, and for taking off that last day to hang out. Good times.

Hey guys
haven't been posting at all lately

Haven't been playing at all lately.

I have been putting this off for a little while, but i am afraid to say that i too have quit footbag. It is weird because i know i did this last year about the same time, and started playing footbag a month later, but this is not going to happen this time.
I am not going to give reasons why i am quitting because it will just drag it out for me. All i am going to do is to go through the list of peeps who i have much respect for.

Gareth Williams: Hosted first footbag get together i went to. I have much to thank you for in my footbag journey. You are a great friend, and i wish you all the best.

Jeremy O'Wheel: Passionate with a capital P. I love your shred, your quick feet are da shit. that little girl deserved that frisbee in the head to, teach her to fucking riot.

Scott Kirchener: Does probably the most for footbag in australia. YOu are an outstanding citizen and footbag is lucky to have you. I am sure you will succeed in what ever you do.

Dyalan: You are a funny guy dyalan, and i had a ball hanging with you at nationals. Keep on kickin bro, you have skills. Say g'day to your girlfriend for me, and tell her to send me her number, i accidently deleted it again.

Jesse: You have amazing potential at footbag. I still think your style is the best i have seen among all players i have seen live. Study hard at school, and keep on masturabating you little christian.

Alex: You and jesse are the future, amazing skills, dedication. U are a cool guy to hang with and your parents are champs.

Ian: DOnt be so hard on yourself man. You are a cool dude and footbag will need you for the future.

To anyone i haven't mentioned, youse can all get fucked because i think youse are shit heads basically.

No, not really Jas, dan, danial, Nic, Toby, Phil, Jamie every one else i have played footbag with, stay cool and get layed.

Peace out, modified.

Hagesy

(p.s): I intend to come to nationals next year, to generally drink lots of alcohol, smoke some weed and hang with cool people, so i am sure i will see youse around.

Ba ha ha ha haaa.
If I was going to go to pick any of the 'god' worshiping religions, I'd probably choose Islam... from what I've read of the Koran, it makes more sense.
But I wont.
Silly idea.

Hagesy, dude.
Hit me with an emai.
No, scratch that... I'll hit you with one. I want to know what's up.

HAAAAAAAGSEY NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTF?!!!

Fuck that shit, just give it a month and start playing again. You know you'll want to. If you dont want to talk about whats up then thats cool, not much we can do to keep you around except keep pleading.

Best of luck with whatever you choose to do instead of playing the best sport ever, hope that leaving it behind opens up some new good opportunities for you.

You are a fucking funny man, im glad that I and Aussie Footbag got to know you at all. You are a sad lost to the community, but dont keep it that way. Drop in sometime!

Dyalan said exactly what I was thinking. Don't be a stranger! Good luck with the future, good luck with squash, and I hope you come back again one day. Keep hanging on the boards, and I'm glad you're coming to nats next year, wouldn't be the same without you!

Peace, and see you when you start footbag up again ;)

p.s. you can't leave, you're my inspiration to drill my flipside :(

edit: That's too bad about the deposits and all Gareth :( As far as I was aware I had paid all I needed to, so, sorry if I didn't. I fully understand what you mean about no interest. That's cool, if you just want to footbag casually then that's great :) Stick around though, we still want to hear how you're doing. Keep shredding for fun, just leave it as fun. I'm glad you're in a good stage of life, I hope it continues. Peace.

If Hagesy quits, then I quit

haha, not.
I dont get it hagesy. I would like to know your real reasons behind quitting. At aus nats, if you read the post about you quitting, you would have insulted yourself and laughed a lot. Now that your gone, that only leave Caroline, Gareth and myself as members of the BCS. Your a fucken awesome bloke and Im glad I hung out with you a heap during nats. Definately come to brizzy for a holiday in the near future.

As for me, my toe is holding me back from playing regularly so. I have been doing a fair bit of barefoot though and I had one sesh with shoes.
I hit a new 6 on camera - surging whirl. I think its clean. I hit it more than once and I have some clean sets on camera.

School is going OK atm. lots of things due and exams to study for.

Hagesy, that's the worst news I've heard since the doctor told me the rash...... anyway that is terrible.
You really have been such a big part of the footbag scene here, not just for you non stop classic comments (a constant reminder not not to take ourselves too seriously), but also your amazing disciplined shred has been an inspiration.

I really hope you can continue to honour us with your presence as much as possible.

Yeah Hagesy! Play footbag!

Props on surging whirl Jesse! That is some hard stuff!

I've been sick as but I played anyway because it was sunny and it's footbag.

For some obscene reason, I have started playing better now that i'm sick and have gotten over my slump of bad playing, my theory is that i've adapted to whatever happened to my shoes when I washed them?

Anyway, tuesday, big moves and links from me:
Pdx torque!!! FINALLY!
fairy ducking butterfly > blurry whirl (amazing since I learned whirl like a month ago and have real trouble stepping from butterfly because I have omitted it from my game for so long.)
RIPPED WARRIOR! (FINNALLY also) I hit it good side after 10 or so attempts, and then I hit it flipside first go. I love footbag.
I caught foodprocessor and set it into my back or side twice. I will seal it very soon.

Wednesday (sunny again!) some less cool/epic new 5adds:
Flip fairy diving osis.
Fairy butterfly rake both sides.
Fairy ss double pickup into a string.
FLURRY :D :D :D

Janiwalker seems like it's possible, my furious set is crap as but I can see it inproving if I put some time into it. Exiting.

Wow that is flipping insane :O I would love to see fairy atomic eggbeater :D.

I kicked today for an hour seriously, and later on I kicked round with a girl I met recently from Canada and taught her some toestalls which was fun.

During the shred (2nd last shred with my Japanese guys :():
I hit a 61 contact string which was probably half guiltless.
I realised I can easily hit blurry whirl, I am cetain now it is the easiest 5add.
I tried for fog > fairy ducking butterfly again and got the fairy off but it takes a lot of energy, I need to work flip dlo so I can nail that link and use my good side fairy ducking for it.
New move: fairy merkon :) fun. Fairy spinning was going really well today for some reason.
I don't remember hitting anything else notable.

I just got an email from another Canadian girl called Janet who wants to start kicking regularly with us and wants to buy another bag off me! Yay!

Katie is sick and i'm worried about her :(
