So... about a dozen light sessions in the past month to 6 weeks. Still trying my best to be very gentle with the ankle.

Three (four?) days ago I was having a real 'good' session, and my enthusiasm had me actually freestyling rather than drilling. Symp mirage > rerolled ankle. It didn't hurt much, but it did bend a hell of a lot. More than a proper ankle can. Kind of indicates to me that the damage that was done last summer hasn't even begun to repair itself...

But, aside from shaking me up and ending that session, I don't feel any weaker than I did before. This will serve as a reminder not to shred during my drilling sessions. I have my doubts as to whether I'll ever be able to properly freestyle again.

Yesterday I did several hundred osi. They're coming together.
