When Tom and I played, it was meant to be a small session near or homes.
Going to Palatine isn't that easy ... its hard to get around in (for me), and I know I've tried coming out, despite getting lost, but the one time i was able to you were all busy, or it was only one player that was available to come out, which isn't really worth the drive.

I can't speak for anyone else on this but I just don't shred anymore. Despite previous comments about me wanting to practice freestyle more this year, my complete and utter obession with 4-square has changed all that. If you want to compare numbers, then yes, Palatine = more shredders than Chicago. Then I can say I can name two 4-square players for every one freestyler in Palatine. Doesn't matter, if we both keep bringing in new players than it can only be good for our respective cities and the midwest in general.
I would love so see HUGE sessions with hack circles, shred circles and 4-square. But the real problem would be finding one spot that would be convenient/practical for all these players to get to.
Zeke
Funny movie titles if the movie were about poop:
Red
Fast & the Furious
The Green Mile
Children of the Corn
There Will be Blood
Im down to shred if anyone from CIC comes out to Palatine...Im sure Jon Chris and kaushik would come too and probably more. We should definatly set something up.

that ... that was soo beautiful zeke!
Off topic: I want CIC to be Santa Cruz's sister club.
Edit: It sounds like Palatine has enough of a scene that it needs it's own blog.

How did I miss this post?!? Screw you, sister city. We want Henry.
Henry, for your own sake, come to Santa Cruz instead of Chicago. Do you really want to live in these conditions?
Wouldn't you rather live in the place of (footbag) Gods?
My friends Tina and Kimberly are really excited that you might move here.
Join us, Henry.

Santa Cruz, doesn't even really exist! Think about that for a minute. and those pictures are not of chicago's north side...and those hot chicks are part of my harem....who wouldn't mind getting with Henry...here in Chicago...only.
Precious Henry, don't believe his LIES. See the guy in the first picture with the "Tool Time" shirt? That could be YOU.
P.S. Even if you don't move here, you should all come to the Santa Cruz Jam. Because you love me. And Jeremy. And you'll love Fletcher soon too, you just don't know it yet. And because you love Tina and Kimberly. They love you too, or they'd at least like to get the chance too....
P.P.S. Hi friends in CIC, how are you doing? Did you hit anything cool recently?

See... another perk to moving here.
