This year there is no Wesak festival. Last year that was Sunny's idea to have a footbag thing at the last minute. I will be organizing this event. Along with footbag there will also be guided fishing trips with Jim, rafting down the Boise river, camping, cooking trout in tinfoil in the campfire, and one thing most footbag tournaments are missing... hot chicks!

Official 3rd Annual Montana Freestyle Jam Dates:
Saturday & Sunday April 29th & 30th, 2006

This event is shaping up to be the best yet.
We have a different venue this year: Caras Park, the premier venue in town. SO many people will be there. We should have dank micro-brew and other vendors around. Caras Park also just put in a kayaker's wave this year, so there will be a new freestyle this year.

There will be an official announcement coming soon though. The dates are solid and it will be awesome. Hope to see many off you guys make it.

Just wondering if anyone has some crash space for me? I can put up for a hotel, but I'll actually be able to post that I AM coming if I can get some floor to curl up on to sleep for two nights. If not, is there anyone who's getting a hotel that needs an extra room-sharer(even a word?)?

hey i have reletives that live in salmon idaho, so i think thats where i will be staying (even though its about an hour and a half from missoula) if you want you can stay with me zac and kyle man. If we dont stay at reletives were going to get a hotel, either way you can probably crash with us

How long is the drive from the place in Idaho to Montana? Or are you just talking about the Idaho jam, cuz i think that the Portland crew is chrashing at the Freedom Shredquarters, or maybe just a hotel between us, but either way we're covered. But for the Montana jam, I think I'm the only one going, so that's why I asked...

the place is about 1 1/2 or 2 hours from montana and theres rooms for about 60 people to crash so its not toooooo bad, but that would require to get up a little earlier and stuff. And you would have to get along with a bunch of people that love thier alcohol lolz

staying in Salmon is a terrible idea. It's actually a 3 hour drive. and that's with zero stops. distance 140.12 miles. the extra time acounts for the slow speed limits of US-93.
