There are two different stances in footbag, one is where your the STRONGER foot you launch sets from is the same foot that is your strongest catching foot. The other style is where your strong setting foot is opposite to your strong catching foot.
I think the first i mentioned is BIGFOOT and the second is SIDEWAYS

I think the definition is generally:
Sideways = one side of your body is your good side (eg right side toe stall and right side clipper).
Bigfoot = one leg is better than the other (eg right side toe stall and left side clipper)
When I say "right side clipper" I mean the clipper done on the right side of your body, which is done confusingly with your left foot.
I am right sideways.

I'm no longer sure. I used to be very much bigfoot but having been drilling my flipside for a long time now I'm not sure. That's not to say I'm really bothsided - Although I can hit most moves on bothsides I definitely have a strong and flipside for almost all my moves (although some are only "flip" because they don't feel right rather than how hard they are to hit) but some moves are strong depending on the side and some depending on the foot. For example all my strong double down moves are with my right foot doing the double dexes but my strong osis moves tend to all end with my left foot osis (on my right side) - while that makes sense with a bigfoot torque player - my strong pdx blender doesn't use my right foot at all. There are lots of different examples of this too. I'm just weird
